Can I give 7 stars?Blown away by the knowledge and professionalism of this company.Abraham was my sales guy and was amazing. Abe was always on time to our appointments and was so knowledgable. He answered all my questions and took the time to really understand my family’s needs and overall water usage to design the perfect system for our home without trying to sell me things I didn’t need.We got a fantastic, non-electric unit that requires basically no maintenance with the exception of an occasional salt top off.Jacob was our installer and showed up early and worked efficiently and cleanly. He did and amazing job on our install.Even got a follow up call and visit after installation from Abraham to make sure I was satisfied and to test the water to make sure everything was working properly and I had no questions on the new unit.A month in and the benefits are easy to see throughout the house from the cleaner glassware to the softer laundry.Highly recommend!

We had Ronnie install our Softener and RO system and he was professional, neat and very considerate of our time.The system itself is better than we had hoped for. It uses so little salt and doesn’t even show up on our water bill.Great company!Great products!Great people!

Sadly, CGC came into the picture after we purchased the system. But I love their products, too bad ours couldn't last past 25 years and is now a pile of garbage. So now we get to shop for a system we can afford (as retired persons).

Ronnie was extremely professional. He explained in detail the specifics of the systems I chose. He stayed AFTER hours to make sure I knew how to address issues, what to expect, and how to operate the equipment. I am so grateful that he was the associate who did the install.

I found a Nestle Pure water sticker on one of the gallons delivered. It does not appear that Kinetico is purifying the water they deliver. It appears they are buying water from Nestle and delivering it.

Quick to install unit and answer any questions we had about it's function..

Had my water softener replaced. CJ was great! I like to watch so I can learn, and CJ explained everything as he was going. At the end, he explained the whole system again and what I needed to do. I am hoping the quality of this equipment is as good as the one being replaced after 24 years.

Extremely professional service and quality product. Ronnie was familiar with the system and completed the installation, which had some difficulties resulting from prior system installation, in a timely manner.

$400 for a plumber to come look at things (nothing worked on, other than quick de-winterization) got a quote for a new water heater because ours wasn't working , two weeks later there's a problem with shipping the new one etc. Called Advanced Systems, they came out within 12 hours and (with a free estimate) are replacing the water heater by the end of the week if not sooner. Propane tank-less is a thing, I guess this company didn't know that. If you need something quick, enjoy good communication, knowledgable options and free estimates, this is not the company for you.

John came out to test our water and help us decide on what system would work best for our financial/home needs as we have our first child coming into the world soon. Good clean safe water is important to me and he was very understanding of that. He was amazing and did not try to make us feel obligated to anything. Do not let the price scare you! Yes its expensive but its made in the USA and that is important to my family as well! There are options for all financial situations.Joe came out to install today and I cannot thank him enough for being patient with me and showing me everything I needed to know. He was also very kind to double/triple check everything over for me (I have OCD and worry about leaks). I will and have been telling everyone I know about CGC and will continue to do so. I am sure my water will be exactly how we want it once we get it up and going for a good period of time. Thank you so much!

My husband and I recently purchased a Kinetico non-electric water softening system and RO drinking water system for our new home. Rob was so helpful with understanding all of our options and was very professional and knowledgeable. Over priced water softener systems with inferior materials/parts just as Culligan offers. Kinetico loves to talk about their non-electric tank but not the price itself. They pitched it over the phone when setting up my appointment. When the sales representative arrived and I inquired he immediately stated it was not worth discussing based upon its ridiculous price. A single tank electric system was the Kinetico model that the sales representative suggested was the best application. We reviewed his product carefully. I then had all of my local competitors out to hear what they offered and at what price? After spending my time doing my research and hearing out my local offerings, Kinetico ended up being several hundred dollars more than what a local company All Florida Soft Water quoted me. According to the companies own product literature that both separate companies sales reps left behind, I got a more comprehensive warranty and the top of the line unit (premium vs base model at Kinetico for more $) with All Florida Soft Water. Remember with Kinetico and Culligan you are paying for their ability to advertise and market nationally. I was very diligent in my research and quickly determined that a local company called All Florida Soft Water could offer me their premium system at significantly better pricing than of both above mentioned competitors. All Florida Soft Water also has a better (longer period of time and more comprehensive) warranty on their product in addition to it using highest (Clack over Fleck) quality build components. I hope this helps save someone else some time and money making a decision on their home investment.

What a pleasant and amazing experience I’ve had with CGC Kinetico. I recently moved into my new home in Atlantic Beach and the water here was horrible and it even smelled bad. For whatever reasons, I postponed getting a water softener for months but what a regret. It should have been the first item purchased for my home. This softener truly makes a huge difference! To top it off, it doesn’t use any electricity so I’m confident I’m covered for our FL storms. I had the pleasure of dealing with John Greenwood, Cindy, and Jason Foust and met most of their team at their showroom. The whole team at CGC are the absolute best and I would do business with them again and best of all, I’d highly recommend CGC Kinetico. They truly care about their customers wants and needs. Highly recommend. They called me immediately after I submitted an online request for info. The rep- John- who came out was friendly, respectful, on time and knowledgeable. They accommodated my schedule for install. The installer, James Knoll, was excellent. He explained the process and equipment thoroughly. He also reviewed the minor maintenance (reverse osmosis filters and salt) that I'll need to do-- he was patient in answering all my questions! I would recommend them without hesitation. Incidentally- their well known competitor took over a week to respond to my inquiry! So- it was a no brainer to go with Kinetico Clearwater as their customer service was exceptional from the beginning. My water tastes delicious!!!

Called cgc water for cost on water softner spoke with Brenden 11-01-21 asked 2 times for cost has not replied. Have purchased 2 other softeners. Richard R was great to deal with but not in sales.I will call another company to give me a cost.

KINETICO came to our home to assist us with taking the sulfur out of our water after having tried another company that was unsuccessful in doing so after 3 months. Great Service by Kinetico - Clearwater Systems.From the local office, the installer and the people on the phone in Ohio.... All were very pleasant and cemented my already positive feelings about this company. Had a small problem in the beginning but the local office and installer went out of their way to make everything perfect. I highly recommend Kinetico and Clearwater Systems for their products, their people and their word.

The customer service provided by CGC Kinetico in Jacksonville, Florida is superior. The company has a great product line. The water softener and reverse osmosis units installed in our home are dependable and are backed by a solid warranty program. My wife and I have owned three homes in Florida since 1993, and at each home we chose this company for our clean water service. Kudos to the sales and service people working at CGC!

I was trying to replace a dual canister water filtering system on my home. The system hd been installed for years and was rather out of date. I called Kinetico CGC and their sales person came and reviewed my system and suggested a single tank, charcoal based filtering system and in the process cleaning up the plumbing from removing the old system. I could not be happier with the people, the service, and the results. I recommend this company without reservation. They are attentive and work with you to solve any water filtration issues you might have.

I would love to give Clearwater System an Excellent review so in fairness I will put just Good. I've had my system since 2007 and it has been the best system ( albeit expensive, I wouldn't waste my money on the reverse osmosis if you have a refrigerate line ) but after having dealt with a Clearwater representative today I am very hesitant to continue doing business with them. In the past they have never charged a great deal to exchange filters and add salt. Now they are saying $65 per visit and 50 per half hour of labor. It would take approximately 2 minutes to change a filter. I would be okay with the house call visit, but I am just astonished they would charge such an astronomical amount to change a filter. This must be new, it has never cost that in the past. And so I decided I'd just order the filter and have a pal install it, the lady was very uninformative on charges. I had to ask what the shipping charges are. And she didn't know. Super unprofessional. I will likely find another company to buy my filters from as this is very off putting.

I had kinetico system installed back in 2010 by this great company , and when my well started getting iron , I called them. They came out and installed a iron filter . The first install was great and their work hasn't changed . Their people are the best in the water world. They do a great install ,explain everything, and do a great job before, during, and after. You WANT GREAT WATER , THEN CALL A GREAT COMPANY, CALL CLEAR WATER SYSTEMS.

Scheduled an appointment, the window was between 10:00 and 2:00. Technician did not arrive before 2:00. I called and canceled, customer service was unapologetic, simply asked if I wanted to reschedule.

Great service stands behind their work. I did have a problem with the installation four years later had to have them come back out to fix it. Not charge me anything or for the part. I would highly recommend them just for the service that they offer and that they stand behind their product.

I bought a Kinetico Water Softener and Ro back in 2006. I couldn't be more happy with my equipment. I would definitely recommend buying Kinetico because it outlasts all of the other water treatment products. I have also been very pleased with the staff. They are very kind and helpful. They took the time to make sure I understood everything before leaving and when I have a question they are quick to help me.

I have had a Kinetico water softener with a chlorine filter and reverse osmosis system for over 10 years. It has worked great through hurricanes and other power outages making it a unique product. The service staff are highly professional and efficient and the rest of the staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

Great employees who helped me out. I was in a pinch and needed so R.O. water to finish a window cleaning job I was doing. The staff was fantastic from start to finish. I strongly recommend this company for any and all of your water treatment needs.

We had the whole house water softener/filter system installed a few weeks ago, which occurred without any problems. This week, getting something from under the sink, and heard a drip. Found that the RO drain tube was leaking going into the P-trap. Kinetico was extremely responsive and sent Jordan out to survey and correct the issue. Due to the leak, the bottom of the cabinet had to be replaced. Jordan returned two days later to replace the cabinet bottom. The company and personnel (Jordan) are responsive, courteous, and ensure you are satisfied with their service before leaving.

The installer, Caleb, was so thorough and meticulous. He had a quiet manner and worked well with the trainee, Chris, who helped on the job. Both guys were great representatives for the company.

They sold us a system for $4,602.00. which does not work. The system is supposed to remove iron mineral from our water. I wish I could give them 5 stars since they come here multiple times to try to resolve the issue. But our system does not work. We still have iron mineral in our water.

Not good. They have been out two times and we still do no have clean water. 5 days now and they feel like we have well water so we don't need the treated water. No water going to ice machine, no water for our coffee maker. We have to go and buy water and ice. They will be back again in two days to try to fix it.We have been with Clearwater for over 20 years, always paid our bill on time. Nevertheless they can't get it fixed. We are renting their equipment. I hate leaving bad feed back, but why can't they after two trips fix their water filtration system, they could have put in a new filtration system. I have paid them enough money.My wife and I are now looking for someone who cares.

Former newly hired employee wasn't there a week. Work like three days. The company they use paylocity has been brutal along with Clearwater. They don't want to pay me for the days i was there bc I didn't have my size ssn card it beging replaced. They really didn't try hard enough with paylocity. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them if that the type of business they do with there employee. Yes I had my part in it. But they did to. Bad business.

Everyone involved from purchase to final installation were courteous and and knowledgable about the products. This is my second purchase from CGC and you want find a better team or system.

Very poor customer service from the main office and most of the field Tech's. When the tech came by to repair a problem he didn't just tried to upsale. This happened with two Tech's and the office was just as bad with charges for equipment I didn't have and rude personnel. I am not one to normally complain but my family was treated very poorly.

Jordan Jackson was both courteous and professional - I am completely pleased with his work and attitude. In fact, any calls that I may need of a repair nature, I shall insist upon his being assigned my case.

This company installed a unit in someone’s home and by splicing the water line which is never done cause a leak that caused the Sheetrock to fall from ceiling with insulation.Leaving a huge hole 8x4 in the ceiling for repair.Based on experience of trying to get company to pay for damage and how install was and unprofessional this company is stay away !!DONT USE THEM!
