No B.S. - they arrive when promised, they assess the problem quickly and complete repairs effectively . They also are a FRACTION of the big name companies in terms of cost.Amazing local business and I have used them twice in one month and will refer everyone I know to them. Would rate 6 stars if I could.Call them now!

Update to your reply 6/26/21:You should not be passing the message on so your managers know and never do anything as this seems to be a common complaint with your company, you should be reaching out to me to correct the situation and thus get this on star review upgraded. Based on your one star reviews though, I highly doubt you guys fix these situations. Your mark up was 100 percent almost and labor 400 an hour after you flat rate break down, just robbery. Correct the issue.Initial Review:Why the one star rating...well after 4 seconds of looking at my water heater it was you got to replace it. Sure it's 14 years old I can see that.What's not amazing is Marking up the same water heater I could have bought at Home Depot for $500 just like they did with a discount as they are a contractor to 930 dollars. Complete rip off considering their flat rate fee not hourly fee was almost $800 labor for 2 hours maybe of actual work. So if they charged hourly their rates would be about $400 dollars an hour. Highly recommend you find a more transparent company. I would not tell anyone to use this company. Oh but they did give me $75 off for a coupon I showed them. Water heater replacement ran 1625 after coupon.I would also like to state I know how to do construction just don't have the time anymore with a infant and toddler. So this was just plain robbery nothing less.

We had 60 year old + plumbing in the wall between both bathrooms that needed to be renovated. Jacob was able to evaluate the condition of the pipes and give us an estimate. We had to replace the old pipes and knew it meant going through some tiles and the wall. He had to replace pipes all the wall to the venting and T joint which meant moving the toilet, (if I explained that correctly.) Jacob was able to save every tile but one, so we can place those back. He covered the open wall with a piece of wood and made sure it would stay in place until we could repair the tile. He was clean and courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. The cost was $2200 which made us swallow very hard, but we knew it had to be done. I would recommend Harry Hayes Plumbing. They will give you an estimate before any work is done. And if you choose not to use them, you only have to pay a service fee.

We are remodelers and have been using Terry Vereen Plumbing and Scott Wolf (estimator/project manager) for close to 5 years now. They have always been very fair on pricing, depenbable on scheduling and an absolute pleasure to work with, in general. If we have a small issue, they tackle it like a linebacker and they never look back. Simple, easy going and affordable. What else could you ask for??

I have used Lettow Plumbing twice in the last year for shower/tub valve replacement. I really hate sweating pipe, it’s worth paying someone! Both jobs, the crew was timely, professional and did the job in a timely manner. I recommend Lettow Plumbing regularly, and will continue to do so.

Called them the next morning (Sunday) after a busted pipe under my sink flooded my kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. I was surprised someone was able to get out on a Sunday and they came in less than 2 hours at that!Justin S. was my technician, he was professional and very respectful of my house with keeping clean and making sure to ask before doing anything. Replaced the broken pipe and outside piping as well.Would 100% call them again for any issues I have going forward!

I had three plumbers come and snake my drain. Needless to say it was still going on. I called popaclog, Craig came out and with his video was able to see that roots had grown threw old Terra cotta drain pipe. He was able to blast away most of the roots and pulled out five gallons of sand. Also fixed the pipe where the first plumber just cut a whole in the top of the pipe for his snake and left it.

They did a awesome job replacing a t-splice on a polybutlyen line I have in my home, I was hesitant about going with another company but so so glad I did, will continue to use this company for future issues and projects, Renee was awesome an sounded like an actual person who cared about setting up a appointment to get work done and not just getting money in the bank

CCMP just replaced my entire septic system at my 65 year old house. It was time! I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the materials that they used and the quality of the work! Harold and Dennis did an amazing job of tying in the new system, disabling and filling in the old tank, and getting me up and running again with almost no downtime. I went into this worried that it was going to be traumatic and extremely expensive. Not only did they price the job under what I was expecting, Harold took the time to explain to me every step of the way what was going on and how everything worked. No trauma. No surprises. This was a very positive experience for me and I am completely happy to have this job done efficiently and correctly. Thank you!!!

Good people and honest

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
