Best Water Heater Replacement And Repair in Jacksonville FL

Came out on Saturday for a leak I could not stop. The weekend rate gauging by others we called was half from them. Mark was guy that came out. Really professional guy.Got here quick, walked me through the process the entire time. This is a pretty good company to deal with. Will use them from now on if I need plumber.6/2017- So these guys just did some more work for us and the experience was again just class. There are just not many companies like this left. I just can not see is ever using anyone else for plumbing needs.3/2019 - another Darley Visit and again crazy how great this company is. Every employee is the same, pros. Shower valve leaking in wallWas here like 25 mins and not only did he fix it he actually took the time to show me how he repaired it as he went along so I could see the process. As he was testing the valve we could see under the tub as I had cut open wall to find leak and noticed other water puddling and it was tub drain. Fixed it in like 5 more mins.I love this company. Says a lot about owner(s) if my exposure has been so consistent.

Exemplary service from the first point of contact through the completion of the job. The answering service was efficient and polite. The plumber, Jonny Baer, was punctual, professional and explained both what the job entailed and the cost. He jetted out our parking lot drains quickly and efficiently. I’ve added Roto-Rooter and will request Jonny to the top of our list of who to call for future plumbing needs.

This company was by far the best in solving my drain problem. About three other plumbers had tried and failed, but Mr. Rooter kept working till they found and eliminated the blockage. I plan to call them with any type of plumbing related issue from now on.

Re pipe. First day they came in and put down drop clothes and covered stuff with plastic. That’s what they should do. One of the drop clothes was wet according to the wife. Based on that and it being wet and dirty she let it go. Point is, she shouldn’t have to. That was the only time they put down drop clothesJob itself, I totally get the difficulty in doing a repipe on a Hip Roof but when discussed with the sales rep the amount of Sheetrock penetrations was not really brought to light Another words he never said but at an additional price they would repair the Sheetrock He priced it as a Standard two bath with all the other hookups etc. Didn’t make it sound overly difficultAs per the Sheetrock Perhaps they had to I don’t know ,but I do know the method of cutting holes in the walls was atrocious. In addition when they plugged the Sheetrock back in place they moved the bat insulation from the wall cavity and never installed it back in place. Another words , no insulation you get a hot spot. So I had to remove them and re insulate them.This is the part that really gets me. Our house was a total mess when they left. Sheetrock debris,insulation pieces all over and Sheetrock dust all over. I hate to be negative as I know they work hard however have some respect for others homes. Respect their property. So, NO I would not recommend them at all for any type of work. Haven’t heard back from them since the work. They got their money

We needed some creative and extensive plumbing work on our 90 yr. old home. After calling 3 other companies for estimates, Affordable Plumbing was the only company that came out and estimated the job on the spot. Their estimate was almost half what we had been quoted from past attempts (a year earlier). Their friendliness, work ethic, quality of work, cleanliness, and price is without equal. I didn't think craftsmen of this caliber even existed today. They are without comparison. Use them once and you'll never consider another plumbing company. Mike you're a genius!

We noticed our garden tub faucet dripping over the weekend and called them on Monday morning. David came out later Monday afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. We've had problems with this Moen faucet leaking before and the previous plumber replaced it with a whole new Moen faucet which we paid him for. David said he does not recommend Moen anymore, but he was able to replace the cartridges and it's working fine now. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we replace it again, he recommends either Delta or Kohler.

Several months ago we had a severely backed up kitchen sink. We were responded to early the following morning and serviced professionally in about an hour and the service fee was in our opinion very reasonable plus there were parts needed in our sink drain replaced.Two days later the water flow in the drain slowed down. The same employee returned, found the issue and our drain has been perfect now for many months. Furthermore, the return visit was covered at no additional cost to us.The experience we have had is worthy of our posting a positive review

I placed a service order, the order taker was a good listener, understood immediately what I was talking about and gave me a good understanding what to expect. They charge $30 for the test, which is cheaper than going through JEA, and it comes off the work order if your unit fails. All the plumbers I called wanted substantially more. Hoping the rest of the experience goes as well.
