Gabe and the crew did a great job! They installed a backflow preventer, met the need of our business starting late in the day and working until midnight. They also did other work on request without notice. It was hot and rained very hard filling up the hole with mud. These guys just got the job done with no excuses! Highly recommend them.

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

We needed some creative and extensive plumbing work on our 90 yr. old home. After calling 3 other companies for estimates, Affordable Plumbing was the only company that came out and estimated the job on the spot. Their estimate was almost half what we had been quoted from past attempts (a year earlier). Their friendliness, work ethic, quality of work, cleanliness, and price is without equal. I don’t think it’s as much Terrance as it is with the company communications systemsz. When I tried to initially cal into progressive /swift bro I was transferred 4 times to different locations. I finally was able to make an appointment.Terrance an another person came out to review my hot water heater system. The advertisement, since I was going through Home Depot was to be free. Terrance told me it was going to be $150-$180 for a fire a Diagnosis but then charged me $200. All at a moments notice.The cost of the part to Fix the problem was $45. The cost to fix the Water Heater was verbally quoted to be between $400 - $450. Terrance was to order the part and schedule a time to return and repair. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him. He had not ordered the part. I asked him if the price had been settled. He said he did not see the repair on his work list. I also had asked for a quote to replace the tankless water heater and I asked him again for that quote ( me purchasing and his company purchasing).I received the quote two days later but no follow up with The plumbing co.I tried to get in touch w the company and Terrance twice each and no answer from Terrance and was hung up on Tice when I called the company number.Steve Robinson404-694-0778m

After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house. If you are looking for someone that takes pride in their work, a true professional, you need to call Dave at DWV.

I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Very happy with Aldridge & Sons. Once agreed on an estimated price, they scheduled promptly, arrived on time, good attitude, and quality job. They installed a new toilet and replaced a hose bib outside. Price seemed very fair to me. Would highly recommend.

I had signed up to have JEA inspect for backflow preventer. JEA sent Bob's Backflow to do the inspection. Got a call back in Feb that they were at my house and asked me where the backflow preventer was. I had just bought the house and did not know the answer to that question. They said don't worry they will leave some paperwork at the front door. Got home nothing at front door, checked my security cameras and nobody had been on our property all day. Now I get notice from JEA that I failed inspection. How did I fail if they never even came to the house. Had they left something I would have handled it back in Feb. And they got paid through JEA to not go to my house. Extremely shady, do not trust this company.
