Had a great experience as I called first thing in the morning and was told I would have a plumber come out at noon. If someone became available earlier they would call. The plumber did call and resolved our broken element for our water heater and the charge was very reasonable.

The plumbing issue was taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost. They explained and fixed the problem. Pop A Clog operates at a high level of integrity. Five stars is not enough for this company. Truly appreciate these gentlemen and wish them nothing but continued success.

Plumbers that came out were great and knowledgeable but I’ve been waiting for a week to receive the report on my home. At first I was told it was being emailed to me, then I was told someone was going to call me, then it was email, now it’s someone was supposed to call and email. I have not received an email or a phone call. I paid for a service and I would like to receive the report from that service. Also We were told the day before we had the main line cleared that we would have a little bit of time before it clogged again. It clogged again in less than two days.

I had the unfortunate experience of being completely run off the road by one of their drivers. I had to swerve and hit a curb to avoid crashing into him. The driver definitely knew what he did. He did not bother stopping to see if I was ok. Also, I would like to add, the U-turn he did was illegal.My car ended up with a flat tire,bent and a bent control arm it was a lot of money to fix! The company will not help me because I did not file a police report. I should have called the police. Any company that allows their drivers to drive recklessly is not a company I would allow in my home. There are many plumbing companies to choose from. I would not allow this company in my home.The experience I had with this driver was unacceptable. If I was management at this company I certainly would have done more then what they did. Which was nothing.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
