My home warranty company dispatched Ken Johnson Plumbing when my hot water heater went out. Mike and Mr. Johnson were both very nice and patient with answering any questions I had. Mr. Johnson explained the process of getting my water heater replaced through my home warranty in detail and helped me to expedite the process as much as possible. They were also very timely in coming out. They were at my home to diagnose the same day I submitted my claim. Would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been going back and forth with another plumbing company that did a horrible job installing my brand new water heater that I spent $3,000 on. I finally got sick of it and called Lowe’s, from whom I bought the water heater, and told them I wanted a new water heater and a new plumber since the one I had was so jacked up.Mr Ken Johnson called me as soon as I hung up the phone with Lowe’s and scheduled an appointment with me. Him and his helper Mike came out a few days later with a brand new water heater and did an absolutely incredible job during the install. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and performed exceptional work.From now on if there’s any plumbing work I need done they will be the first ones I call. Thanks Ken and Mike. Ken spent a good day and a half doing quite a bit of work on our newly purchased home ... replaced faucets, shower kits, garbage disposal, outdoor spigots, outdoor shower, etc. He is one of the hardest workers we have met, went above and beyond to ensure that his work was completed with a high degree of quality. Everything was perfect and right on with the estimate. We will use Ken again and highly recommend him.

Ken Johnson removed and replaced an old toilet in our home. He is the most meticulous and professional plumber I have ever known. Not only is he very knowledgeable and capable, but he cleans up thoroughly and leaves the bathroom cleaner than it was when he started! If I could rate him higher than a five, he would get a ten!

I had a broken pipe outside and couldn't turn off the water at the street because it was under water and I couldn't see. Ken talked me through what to feel for and how to turn it off. He then had me email him a picture of the broken pipe outside so he could advise me what I needed to do to be able to turn the water back on. He did this while at another job. I will definitely be calling Ken Johnson Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. There is still good people in the world!
