Had Daniel Moody and Tyler Mishanetz out to my house today to replace and repair a timer for swimming pool. They also installed a new motion detector flood light. These guys were perfect gentlemen and excelled in their work. Thanks for a great job guys.

I met with Johnny after he gave me a quote to do some much needed work on my new home. I went over a few additional items I wanted done and he took notes, and I asked for an updated quote with the additional work listed as well. One week later, I hadn't heard back from them. I called and he said he had been busy and would get me the quote as soon as he could. Fast forward 2 more weeks, I hadn't heard anything back. I called again and spoke to someone else who told me they'd get in touch with him and give me a call back by that afternoon. That was over a week ago!

Either they can't/don't want to do the work and refuse to just say so, or have absolute terrible scheduling/note taking practices. Either way, we're going with someone else who actually wants to take my money! I consider myself a pretty loyal customer to someone who treats me right, so they definitely lost a lifelong customer with that move.
