Technicians arrived on time and wasted no time removing old water heater. The whole process took about 1.5 hours and the price came in under the estimate. The PVC work looks better than the builders original installation. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Exemplary service from the first point of contact through the completion of the job. The answering service was efficient and polite. The plumber, Jonny Baer, was punctual, professional and explained both what the job entailed and the cost. He jetted out our parking lot drains quickly and efficiently. I’ve added Roto-Rooter and will request Jonny to the top of our list of who to call for future plumbing needs.

This was our first time using Mr. Rooter. We signed up for the 3 year membership to take advantage of the savings and it is already paying dividends! Mike F. did a fantastic job installing our new toilet and replacing an outdated tub drain that wouldn't stay up unless being propped. Set an appointment on Friday to have service for Monday...10-Noon was the schedule time I needed to be available. Around 1pm I hadn't heard from Vereens and decided to call. The appointment was cancelled...no explanation why or courtesy call. My time is important to me as well and don't appreciate it others wasting it. NOT RECOMMENDED

I have used Lettow Plumbing twice in the last year for shower/tub valve replacement. I really hate sweating pipe, it’s worth paying someone! Both jobs, the crew was timely, professional and did the job in a timely manner. I recommend Lettow Plumbing regularly, and will continue to do so.

Jonny was so pleasant and friendly! He came through our dental office to fix our toilet drain and was able to fix it right away and just overall provided a great experience.

I was recommended this company by my contractor when doing a bathroom remodel. They hit a water line when working and then failed to turn the water back on a correct level so that we had right water pressure. Then after coming back, I realized my irrigation did not work anymore. I understand things come up, but the price I was quoted was very steep and we felt trapped in using them since contractor said work needed to be done that day and this was the company that could make it work.

Had an issue that was under our home warranty. They came out right away and Woody did a great job. Also made sure everything else was to our liking with the new home. Thanks again!

Great, literally spend 15 minutes under my sink and the problem was fixed lol i did have to wait a day or two because they are so busy but i imagine thats because of the fast service

These guys are great! They fixed my clogged sink and explained everything that needed to be done. They stand behind their work -- they even guaranteed their work. The following day, I called them for a clogged toilet. After they fixed it, they didn't charge me because they said it was covered under their guaranteed work from the previous day. They are courteous and professional. I'm going to call them for all of my plumbing needs.

I found them by being a member of AHS I have owned my home since 2004. My problem was a leak in my dining room. I figured slab leakRobert F came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem. Out of all the years Robert was the best ,most professional contractor I have ever used. All hours Emergency Plumbing will do all my plumbing needs in the future. Out of 5 stars I give Robert F and AHEP a 10+.
