Daniel was amazing. We had two different people come out prior to him to fix our leaky sink faucet, both of which stated they couldn’t fix the problem and it was a “user error”. Daniel found the problem immediately and replaced our faucet in minimal time. Highly recommended him for services and as a leader of his company.

Mr. Allen Martin was at my house within an hour of me calling after hours. They waved the service fee because we choose to go with their quote which was reasonable compared to what the other company quoted me. He was super friendly and personable. Will ask for him again. He was in and out and I was back to business as usual.

I recently had a water heater installed by Turner Plumbing. The service specialist, Luli Marku, did an excellent job. He was on time and incredibly professional. He explained each step of the process and answered all of my question. His work was very neat, clean and efficient. He also completed the work in a timely manner with no issues. I would give this technician 5 stars and, because of his professionalism, I would use Turner Plumbing again.

Our experience with Rolland Reash Plumbing was very pleasant. We replaced our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. The associates that came out were Fadi and Denis and they were excellent. They showed on time and completed the job to perfection in a very timely and professional manner. We were also pleased with how affordable our service was. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

When we called for a plumber the receptionist was prompt with telling me they could get a plumber out to our home right away. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of our call. The very first thing the plumber asked while still in my driveway was, Are you on a septic tank? I told them that yes we did have a septic tank and started to tell them the issues we were having with gurgling toilets. They walked straight out to the backyard to look at the septic tank without even going into the house. They dug around for a bit and informed me that the septic tank is full and needs to be pumped and they do not work on or drain septic tanks. That will be $95. If they didn't do septic tanks then they should have told me from the beginning that they didn't do septic tanks. The plumber literally never even looked at our toilets, the reason we called them to begin with. I feel like I was taken advantage of. They knew they didn't work on septic systems and yet they didn't tell me that until after they went to my back yard and looked at the tank. I'm not even confident that is the issue or the entire issue. They wanted to collect the $95 for doing nothing. Again, I should have been told before the work started that they didn't work on septic systems but they just wanted to collect a fee for not doing a job. Very disappointed

There is not much to say - Jacob showed up, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in about 90 minutes.Jacob was great, and I would use this company again.

Thank you and huge shout out to Uriah! Fixed our water leak (underground between house and meter) yesterday. Most pleasant and hardworking young man I have encountered in quite some time! Even replaced the grass back the way it was before he had to dig it up! Thank you again Uriah!

Do not use these company. They are thieves, they told me that coming to quote was $99 and they billed me $299 without telling me anything. In the call I authorized the charge of $99 and they charged me $299 without telling me anything. Then his quote was a technician on the phone who told me a ridiculous number for the job. They are thiefs.

Gavin and Top of The Line Plumbing are top notch plumbers. Gavin was very easy to get in contact with and answered my many many questions. He hydro-jetted my line and is scheduled to de-scale the cast iron sewer piping system at my home. As a former building contractor he was impressive at all aspects of his profession. Highly recommend.

Same day service. Friendly communications from office. Plumber arrived the time given. Work was done in reasonable amount of time. Area very clean after complete. Couldn't of asked for better service from beginning to end.

Drains were backing up. They unclogged it and put in time/effort to find the problem. Then they explained it very well. Would recommend. Alex was very helpful. Gerald was super knowledgeable and did a great job.

This is my 3rd time using Betros Plumbing, Jay and Solomon make an excellent team. They had to reset a toilet in the master bath that was not installed correctly. Removed old flange and replaced and reset toilet there. In the guest bath they removed an old toilet, replaced the flange and set the new toilet. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

They were really there for my parents when they had an indoor pipe burst. Great service!
