Came home from work to my son telling me our downstairs toilet was overflowing. After 20 minutes of plunging and 14 wet towels, also realized water was coming from under the toilet. Called Roto Rooter and wishing 90 minutes Justin arrived to help. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get to work. After several attempts due to the complexity of the issue and location of the clog, he was able to clear the main sewer line from a root ball that had caused the clog. Super friendly, personable, and did a great job! Highly recommended!

Dylan was very nice and professional. Got the job done fast. Explained what might have Caused my drain to be clogged. He even cleaned the bottom of my sink cabinets and swept up the mess that was made. Definitely will use again for future issues!

After a big name plumber refused to give me an estimate for a toilet replacement, I looked up a local plumber. He gave multiple scenarios and cost ideas. Arrived 10 minutes early, knocked the job out quickly, and over-delivered on his estimate. Absolutely amazing experience!

I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

Gavin and Top of The Line Plumbing are top notch plumbers. Gavin was very easy to get in contact with and answered my many many questions. He hydro-jetted my line and is scheduled to de-scale the cast iron sewer piping system at my home. As a former building contractor he was impressive at all aspects of his profession. This company is the worst! The owners are rude and they are racist! A man by the name of Richard is extremely rude to his employees and overall the job itself isn’t bad but the employees are HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there or shopping with them!

Dude drove right in front of me as I was walking across the street. No regard for pedestrians, so I doubt they give a damn about serving the customer.

I have used Hall and Sons Plumbing several times now.1. They answer when you call ( you would be surprised how many times you get a voicemail with no response from other places)2. Service is scheduled quickly and when they say there going to be there between 8-830. They will be there between 8-830. No huge 1/2 day wait windows then get a no show.3. The guys that respond have always been courteous, work fast, and give you real answers. They don’t try to up sell you.So in my mind there is no better option. Som of these other company’s have gotten to big for there pants especially with all the new construction and for got about just everyday people. The owner is prior service and it shows with the attention to details that go into his company.It has been a real pleasure doing business with Hall and Sons and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.So if you ask me if I recommend themYes 100%

Bill the plumber was knowledgeable, professional and his courteous customer service is a real asset to Kimball plumbing company.
