Disappointed in the fact the technician was not willing to try and repair a back-flow preventer valve. Instead he said it could not be repaired and instantly quoted $700+ to replace. The company I went with said it may be possible to repair and if they couldn’t fix It then they would replace It. Turns out It was repairable and only cost $100 to do so.

I called the company who I had never used before. The young man that came out to my home was professional and yet personable. I showed him the issue and he replaced the part immediately. He was in and out and never made a mess of any kind. In fact, I will be using them for all future plumbing needs. What a nice surprise to have the job down efficiently and with no mishaps.

I have used Terry Vereen Plumbing for the last several years and have been very pleased. We had to have extensive repair work done (complete repiping) in order to sell our old house, then a lot of work to renovate a kitchen and bath in our new house. Vereen's plumbers are punctual, pleasant, skilled, and respectful of our property. Renovating the kitchen in our new house got complicated, both technically and logistically. With the Covid pandemic, many things were out of my control, like getting tile work done, or the delivery of a dishwasher. Vereen was very easy to work with and did whatever was necessary to accommodate awkward scheduling. I would highly recommend Terry Vereen Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

If I could give more stars I would! Jeff and his team were so nice and explained everything very well. They worked with me as far as payment goes and I can't thank them enough. Being a single mother, money is very tight for me and Jeff understood and made it so I could get the repair done that I so badly needed. I would highly recommend this company if you are having septic issues.

I called on Sunday morning and they had someone at my house by 1:30 pm. Our service technician David was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed very efficiently and in a timely manner. I would recommend David and Swift Brothers to anyone needing service.

I do things myself and I was trying to remove a Moen cartridge in my tub and it broke. I called about 6 companies and they either didn't have availability or I didn't feel comfortable inviting them over. I called David and he gave me a fair quote, arrived in about 15 minutes after my call and had my faucet fixed in about 45 minutes. He was willing to continue from where I left off where the cartridge broke. Thank you DWV Plumbing and you have earned my business.

As luck would have it, my water heater went out on Friday with guests intending to enjoy our home. Tough to enjoy a home when you have to take a cold shower. Well, I was in urgent need to get this corrected ASAP. I called so many places and either they would not return my call, gave me the we are booked, or just did not care... until I got in touch with Gavin at Top of the Line Plumbing. Truck number 08 needs to have his driver's license pulled. Driving 90 mph on I95 pushing us out of the way. Especially with the business name on the side. Then was playing kat and mouse when he noticed I was calling on him. No response from office. You guys need to watch this guy he is going to cause a bad accident and maybe hurt someone. U have been notified of his driving it is up to you.

Aaron P installed both the water heater and the garbage disposal. In both jobs he was efficient and did quality work Most of all he was polite and took the time to answer all of

Called at 4PM due to the house flooding with water from the laundry room. The owner was at my house in less than 10 minutes. Identified the problem, resolved the issue of the flooding, and the next morning fixed the septic pump. Super fast and professional service 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent & very knowledgable company!! We had Donovan Heat and Air replace our AC system. Brian was on time, professional, made sure my floor was protected from foot traffic, and completed the job in a timely manner. I am once again please with Donovan customer service, fair pricing, and timely response to service calls.

Dyland came out today and did a thorough job of problem identification and resolution. After putting in new toilets, I suddenly had studor vent issues. Dyland replaced 3 SVs and was professional to indicate my others where working well.

Highly recommend. Royce repaired my bathtub this morning & did an excellent, clean, timely, & cost efficient job. This was my first time using Amelia Plumbing & I'm so happy I found them. They will definitely be my go to plumbers from now on.
