Slab leak led to house being replumbed. When the finished hooking up the new pipes, oops they forgot to test the lines before turning on the water. Several leaks spilling water and taking my Internet box out. Water spilled into cabinet above washer dryer and no mention of this. Ruined the cork bottom to my cabinet as well as rags and boxes in the cabinet wet. Drywall guy that came to fix all the holes in the walls and ceilings did a horrible job. He did not clean up after and did not put anything down on the floor to catch any drywall mud. His idea of cleaning up was to use his feet to loosen any mud dripped on the carpet and sweep it up with a broom. They had to have someone else come in a sand the walls because the first guy did not sand at all. All those layers had to be sanded off and redone. What a mess. No discount offered when estimate was for one week. Took an entire month for them to finish.

I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith

Gavin does great work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He even drove me to pick out parts, because I couldn’t drive due to an injury. He is very polite and cleans up after the job. I will always use Top of the Line Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

He was patient when I ask questions so we could figure out the best solution for the leak in the wall. A great plumbing service and experience from beginning to end. I have a been trying to get my tub fixed for 3 WEEKS NOW AND NO ONE HAS FIXED IT! The plumber came out and told me I needed a piece and guess what 2 DAY LATER...NOTHING! I've 200k on new home with a leak and I closed on this home on 11/30/18. What is going on with this establishment?

I contacted Steven's Plumbing last week after reading the reviews. Steven called me back within one day and agreed to work me into his busy schedule over the next week or two. Steven took the time to explain in detail what possible outside faucet replacements that I could use. I found him to be very honest and patient during the repair job.

My second time calling Fenwick. They are awesome! The ONLY company that seems to be able to come out reasonably quickly and on time! The tech was super nice, considerate and helpful. My new hot water heater is great! So pleased with the service.

I called Griffin to repair my rheem hybrid hot water heater. It's 5.5 years old and the thermistor and heating element broke. They arrived on time and said the likelihood of rheem answering the phone on the weekend was minimal. My wife and I have been battling with rheem to send out the correct part for months. The thermistor went out first but was still able to make hot water, so no sense of urgency. Dealt with rheem on the phone (25 min wait) for months trying to get the correct part. Eventually the element went out and now no hot water. So Griffin showed up and confirmed Rheem's ability to answer the phone so we just said to replace the hot water heater with a basic one. He said he'll be back, within 3 hours, we had hot water! That includes 2 hours of driving. They were fast, professional, and reasonable. We will use them in the future!

I'm a firm believer in proper communication and Scott with Griffin provided wonderful knowledge with our maintenance. If anything was left questionable, he said he would get back to me (which he did). I've had other companies make up excuses or lie to cover their own lack of knowledge/professionalism. Very refreshing to deal with a solid knowledgeable company. I define an ethical company by how they resolve issues, not the excuses to cover it up-Thank you Griffin Services for being the good guys!
