Luli Marku and another gentleman came to our home and gave us an estimate on a electric motor hybrid and tankless water heater. Also a water softener. We found Luli to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in his discussion about the systems. We have decided to use Turner Plumbing to install the tankless heater and water softener based on his discussion and estimate. Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

Called out to repair toilet that would not drain properly, the tech tried to clear the line and it still did not drain properly. He said the toilet is old we need to replace it and then should drain fine. I bought a new toilet and installed it, with no luck. When I called the office to get them back out to repair the problem, the staff was very rude and aggressive. I paid them for a service that they did not provide and they wanted to charge me again for the service while being rude and yelling at me.

On a Saturday, I had a leak from an old water softener line in my garage. The plumber, Sam, was fantastic. Very nice and easy to work with. I even learned a few things. Price was fair and reasonable. In and out in an hour.

Needed replacement of pipe leading from house to septic. Sounds easy, but the pipe ran through the middle of a very thick long hedge, and we were afraid the plumber would butcher the shrubs. Eagerton gave us the lowest price and gently disturbed only one shrub to get the job done. Cleaned up so well, you can't tell they were even here. Very pleased.

I cannot say enough good things about Hall and Sons!!! At first when I told them what was wrong, I was really worried that they weren't going to be able to fix the problem. They were so honest and they told me up front that it could turn into a really extensive demo job that would involve a good amount of time and money. However, they recognize my financial situation and assured me they would do everything they could to fix it. I was completely astonished at the outcome; they did such a beautiful job repairing my shower faucet! I couldn't believe they were able to do it... It was a rusted mess! I contacted Steve's Plumbing after reading the reviews. Coming from New York I was very impressed. I'm from a family of plumbers, and I know how important customer service is. Steve took the time to explain in detail, multiple conversations, what needed to be done in order to connect my gas dryer. In the end, to save me money Steve recommended I return the gas dryer for an electric dryer. I am very appreciative of his honesty and patience and will definitely call his company again, most likely to replace my builder's grade fixtures. :)

This company came in to fix the water heater in one of the restrooms in the home supposedly. Mind you there was absolutely nothing wrong with my second bathroom. After this company left my toilet it the bathroom with the water pressure issue started spraying water everywhere and over flowing, the water will not drain out of the shower. Not to mention they gutted out the tile wall and duck tape it. They also cut panels of my wall in the living room leaving holes for animals and insects to enter my home. Also in the one bathroom that didnt have a problem now the pressure not working at all . Me and my kids have been unable to take showers or baths in or home due to backed up sewage . The company keep giving me the run around about fixing the issue after being paid over 4 grand to completely demolish the bathrooms . Horrible service
