I had a water softener installed by Roland Reash Plumbing. After the job was completed and the plumbers left I had resin coming out of all my water lines. This is a brand new home and my lines were all of a sudden block from the resin because they installed it backwards. A second crew came back to fix the problem and also installed the filter on the softener backwards and could not unclog my lines and left at 10:30 PM. The next day another crew came back and replaced all my new sink faucets and toilet bowl parts and cleaned out all my lines the showers,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator line for the ice. The pipes outside and inside were never wrapped or caulked leaving that for me to do. I never received a courtesy call from the owner to apologize and to see if everything was satisfactory. What a nightmare. I hope down the road this will not cause me a problem or a expense. I hired them because of their 5 star rating. I'm very dissatisfied with Roland Reash Plumbing

We just had our septic system completely replaced by Duck Duck and overall we had a great experience with them. The guys who installed the new system were professional and courteous, and seemed to have done a great job. They finished today and I felt like I needed to go ahead and write a review because we’re happy with the job they did. I only know that one person’s name was Chris and there were several other guys working here - they all need a raise! They seem to have a lot of work right now for good reason... look no further if you need septic work done!

All the work was great but some how he turned on the house on the side of the house I could hear water running so I checked and it was the hose above the water shut off to the house.

Our experience with Gavin has been extremely positive. He does masterful work, wastes no time, and leaves the premises spotless once he has completed his work. Justin the Plumber LLC installed a new Kitchen Sink & Faucet for us. The office answered the phone, quoted and scheduled the job perfectly, technicians showed up on time, did an amazing job and cleaned up afterwards. Wish I could give higher than 5 stars, will definitely recommend to all my friends and use them in the future!

It's plumbing and prices are high but not any worse than any other place. However all of their employees are very friendly and professional. Most places I call anymore I get a debate but not here. They are easy to work with and care about their customers.

I have used Hall and Sons Plumbing several times now.1. They answer when you call ( you would be surprised how many times you get a voicemail with no response from other places)2. Service is scheduled quickly and when they say there going to be there between 8-830. They will be there between 8-830. No huge 1/2 day wait windows then get a no show.3. The guys that respond have always been courteous, work fast, and give you real answers. They don’t try to up sell you.So in my mind there is no better option. Som of these other company’s have gotten to big for there pants especially with all the new construction and for got about just everyday people. The owner is prior service and it shows with the attention to details that go into his company.It has been a real pleasure doing business with Hall and Sons and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.So if you ask me if I recommend themYes 100%

Woody came out did a awesome job this is the second time this has happened he unclogged it was very professional and even did extra things sealed the toilet and told me call if there is any other problems. I have kids this is the only working bathroom so he made my life 100 percent better. Thanks presto plumbing thanks woody.

WORSE COMPANY ever. They complained the whole time. They didn't communicate correctly with their title guy so I had to go with them to pick up at a store, he complained the whole time. They damaged my wall. And never answered their phones. NEVER USE THEM..NEvER
