Had them look at a sewer drainage problem. Checked over the situation cleaned out the pipe ran a camera down the pipe found the old pipe In the yard was deterating. Made up an estimate for entire house and from house to system. Nice guys very knowledgeable .The house is from the 1940's!!!

Duck Duck rooter came out on Saturday and pumped out our septic tank which was full. They were professional and performed th service quickly. Other companies we called didn’t have an appointment for 5days

We found a leak during a renovation. They were quick to determine the cause and a solution. They quoted me for the repair and scheduled for the following week. They were on time and thorough. They had to do some minor additional work. But even with some uninterrupted changes in personnel, they were able to finish on time and on budget. The foot print itself was also minor compared with the work they had to do. They were very professional and friendly. I will absolutely use these guys again.

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.

I would be very concerned if I was the owner of this company one of their company vehicles almost ran me off the road today when I was trying to merge on the 295 I had my 1 year old in the back seat. The driver was either insanely distracted or under the influence and it's only a matter of time before he causes a major wreck. Im very disappointed and will never hire them for any services based off the quality of people they employ.

I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

I had 2 different technicians come out 24 hours apart and the problem still exist paid them over 400$ and still had to call another person who unstopped the toilet from backing up. I’m upset bc I paid for a service and didn’t get what I paid for. The office was only concerned with the issues found that’s causing the problem, but they could have at least come back out and clear the toilet, and let me know that this is all they can do, sometimes that 3rd time is a charm, as I write this, the toilet is flushing after I found a “person “ who doesn’t work for a “company” to fix it. We Seniors always get our money taken and poor service.

I had a nasty, hard to get at, leak in the wall behind our shower controls. Two techs, Andrew and Terrez, came out quickly and were very efficient, polite, neat and professional. they had to cut through the wall board to access the plumbing fixtures and made a tough job look easy. Truck number 08 needs to have his driver's license pulled. Driving 90 mph on I95 pushing us out of the way. Especially with the business name on the side. Then was playing kat and mouse when he noticed I was calling on him. No response from office. You guys need to watch this guy he is going to cause a bad accident and maybe hurt someone. U have been notified of his driving it is up to you.
