Best Sewer Line Repairs in Jacksonville FL

Jacob was exactly what I’ve come to expect in this industry. I work in engineering for a leader in hvac manufacturing sales and service and for last 2 years it’s been brutal finding good employees. Jacob has renewed my hope in our economy and it’s workforce. A job well done Jacob!

Stay far away from these two-faced bozos. You can't believe a thing they say. Much better choices exist in Jax. Maybe if you spent more time monitoring your incompetent employees (like Mike) and spent less time ringing your hands over your Google reviews your company would be better off.

Called at 9 am to schedule an appt. Recieved an appt time between 11 am and 1 pm which was reasonable. Time frame came and went and no call and no show! I called and was told he was running late feom tje office staff. At 6:03 pm still no call and no show! Worst customer service ever! Will not recommend nor call again.

I had Terry Vereen plumbing come to do work twice during my kitchen remodel; once to disconnect the sink/disposal and then again to hook it back up. It was like having two different companies between the 2 visitsFirst off I have no complaints about the workmanship. Everything was fixed and works as expected. I do have an issue with the installer, Adam, who came to do the disconnect. The first visit left a bad taste in my mouth with the level of un-professionalism. During the middle of the disconnect he stepped outside for almost 10 minutes to take a phone call. Then, when it came time to write up the bill, I actually had to go check on what was taking so long because he sat for almost 15 minutes out in the van writing up the ticket. Apparently, he counted that as time worked because I timed the visit from the time he walked in to the time he walked out to write up the ticket. This guy conveniently rounded down on the time he arrived (almost 15 minutes before he actually did) and rounded up on the time worked (he stepped out the door at 8:25 but I got charged for 8:45 while he took his sweet time to write the ticket). I even brought this to his attention, but the ticket was 'already written up' and because I guess when he looked at his watch during the write up it was closer to 8:45 not 8:30 (which I'm sure was true). I can't attest to whether these things were done on purpose to squeeze me for money or just a sign of very inattentive/sloppy billing practices but there is no excuse either way.At the end of the day, I got charged for 1.5 hrs of work when the actual time worked was under an hour. That's a 50% round up! Maybe not a ton of money in the scheme of things, and probably less noticeable if it was a 3 hr job, but money is tight and every bit counts. Maybe they needed to offset my Angies list discount, who knows?To top it off, I told him he could take the old sink, I assume for salvage, but he took the disposal with it as well without even asking! I had to make a bunch of calls so they could track him down and make sure he didn't dispose of it. So, I was locked in to using Terry Vereen again for the reconnect since they had to bring back my disposal for the install. Luckily the 2nd visit was much more professional. Again, I made sure to write down the exact arrival and departure (especially after the first experience). This time they were right on the money. They seemed, quick, professional and kept things clean. There was no time spent talking on the phone or 15 minutes spent writing up the ticket (apparently it CAN be done more quickly!) So I really don't know what to think of these guys overall. Did they just have one lousy installer, or do they tell them to try and squeeze people for more money wherever possible? There's really no way to know, but I probably wouldn't take the chance using them again even with their ratings on here.

If you want a professional quality plumbing repair then Top of the Line Plumbing is the place to call. Our waste drain line in our ceiling broke and let the water from the upstairs laundry and bath pour out into the ceiling. I called late on Monday night and got a voicemail and I placed a request for a service call. I was called back after hours to make sure it wasn't an emergency and they scheduled a service call to come out the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue and provided an estimate. I approved the estimate and scheduled the repair for Thursday. Gavin, Ryan and Chris showed up on time and quickly went to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the repair and tested the system before they left. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Schedule an appointment with these folks .. Didn't show up. No follow up call. I'd say avoid this company.

I have used Hall and Sons Plumbing several times now.1. They answer when you call ( you would be surprised how many times you get a voicemail with no response from other places)2. Service is scheduled quickly and when they say there going to be there between 8-830. They will be there between 8-830. No huge 1/2 day wait windows then get a no show.3. The guys that respond have always been courteous, work fast, and give you real answers. They don’t try to up sell you.So in my mind there is no better option. Som of these other company’s have gotten to big for there pants especially with all the new construction and for got about just everyday people. The owner is prior service and it shows with the attention to details that go into his company.It has been a real pleasure doing business with Hall and Sons and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.So if you ask me if I recommend themYes 100%

Woody and Eric both were not only knowledgeable, but addressed what we needed fixed quickly. It's always a great experience when someone cares as much about your problem as you do, and they really came through for us when we needed them. Will definitely use again.

First of all Doug and John assessed our electric, tankless water heater, which hardly anyone does. They determined that we needed a new one, which I imagined they would. Our old one leaked. They came back soon after and put a brand new one in. It works better than the old one did, they showed up early to the appointment, and answered all my questions! Great service and it hardly took any time at all. Harmony and Haley at the front office are always great to talk to and they also answer all my silly questions. Shane dropped by today and made sure that everything was copacetic with the water heater. He was nothing but the best and was very professional and easy to talk to. What a great place to work with! Thank you!
