We had a issue with a leaking pipe behind the wall in the shower. After calling several different companies and getting outrageous rates, Robert and Carlos from Mr. Rooter came out and fixed the problem at an affordable rate and did a phenomenal job! They were professional, explained the problem and what they would do to repair the issue. All done within a reasonable time and a much lower rate than the other companies quoted. I would recommend Mr. Rooter, especially Robert and Carlos, to anyone with plumbing issues! Hands down! Thanks again Robert and Carlos!

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

Affordable Plumbing rose to the challenge of reviving an aged shower and faucet with corroded cartridges. Their proficient workmanship, coupled with top-notch customer service, made for a successful renovation!

As luck would have it, my water heater went out on Friday with guests intending to enjoy our home. Tough to enjoy a home when you have to take a cold shower. Well, I was in urgent need to get this corrected ASAP. I called so many places and either they would not return my call, gave me the we are booked, or just did not care... until I got in touch with Gavin at Top of the Line Plumbing. He bent over backwards to get this corrected. You could not ask for better customer service from any business. Do not hesitate to use this company,

They do a great job I would call them over any other plumbing company... there the best out there arrived on time and did a good job

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

I appreciate their prompt response, I only waited for a couple of hours after making an appointment because they were servicing another house. They work efficiently and clean, I’m happy that there was no mess at all. Eric was really great; he even recommended ways to avoid clogs. Most important, the price is very reasonable compared to the other plumbing company I researched online. I would highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.
