I have Darley's on speed dial and called Darley's when we discovered some aged and poorly installed drain lines in our condo. Darley's arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and set about replacing brittle and cracked drain lines and other degraded areas. As the work progressed, we were shown what needed to be done and why. They worked as if it were their own home and cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there.

technician was courteous, explained fees up front, and worked until the job was done. It was a difficult job and very tight quarters to access and he was very accomodating. Cleaned up the site and made sure I was satisfied.

My kitchen sink was clogged and leaking underneath. Austin Wright came out within an hour of me calling Mr. Rooter. He found and fixed the problem promptly. He was very thorough and professional. I would use again and definitely recommend!

They have made multiple repair calls to my home and rental property either when I wasn't available, or when it went beyond my toolkit. Always responsive and professional and hardworking. Yesterday, they had someone to my rental within 10 minutes, who just happened to be nearby finishing another call. Worked out great for my tenants. Highly recommended.

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

I am impressed with the work ethic and integrity of these guys. Yesterday they experienced a quality issue with the main septic tank leaking on a new install. Without me knowing about the problem. They called and got the tank replaced. While the crew that was here might not know the business vernacular they demonstrated a good understanding of the Cost of Quality as opposed to the Cost of Poor Quality. Good job all around. They were here on time. They took appropriate care of my property. The were precise in checking level of the tanks and the drain field. I would recommend them without reservation to someone needing a new or replacement septic system.

When I started searching for a company to re-pipe our house no one would recommend anyone. If anyone needs a plumber for any plumbing need I would surely recommend Touchton. Highly satisfied with the job they did and would hire them again!

Johnny (tech # 3854) came out 2 hours ahead of schedule, got straight to work did not waste any time. He used the jetter trailer and cleaned out our 6” sewer line. He was professional and was very knowledgeable on what he was doing.
