Requested a plumber to come out an snake the drains this morning due to a back up wiyh the washer drain yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they could be at my home in 2 hours or less. The technician called and showed up about an hour later. Exceptional young man who got right to work after identifying what needed to be done. He also repaired a toilet that wasn't refilling correctly. Total time at my house was less than 2 hours. He left everything cleaner than he found it when he arrived. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone needing fast, quality service from a professional, courteous technician.

THE MEN WERE FINE AND GOT THE JOB QUICKLY. THEY PUMPED THE SEPTIC TANK. YES WE WILL RECOMMEND. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT DAYS. NO ISSUES WITH THE SEPTIC OR FILTER. WE USUALLY DO IT EVERY 5 YEARS. DUCK DUCK SHOWS UP AND DOES A GREAT JOB.

Scheduled an appointment for some service. When scheduling the appointment I gave the employee making the appointment very specific information about what we needed done; the removal of an existing GE Smart Water softener system, the installation of a new Pelican water filter and the installation of some bathroom faucets. Employee repeated back to me what I was asking for as a confirmation so she could schedule the appointment appropriately. Everyone was in agreement and the appointment was set. Husband takes off work to be available . Day arrives, employee shows up and that's where things went south. Employee was not clear on the work that was to be done. After my husband went over what we had scheduled we were told sorry, but we can't install that filter. Apparently they can only provide limited service to existing units. Seems like I made our needs very clear when scheduling so not sure where that went wrong. And to top it off, the employee who came to do the work told my husband that these kind of scheduling mishaps happen with some regularity. When I called to speak to Steve, the manager, he was not available. Asked for a return call and have yet to hear from him. Don't recommend these folks at all.

Friendly and very accommodating always there when I needed them. Listens to your needs and will give you a fair price. They treat you like family.

Called Roto rooter to disconnect and reconnect water to my house when replacing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Yaya rich Ian and Kevin were all there on the day we reconnected. Made the process go fast having the extra hands available. Thanks for the great work

New house and garbage disposal was jamed, Brian came and fixed it it’s working great now!!!

I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.

Gavin is great. Clean, experienced and professional..but seriously he unclogged what 2 other Companies couldn't. I heard solutions from jackhammering my tile floor removing kitchen cabinets, to building a new laundry room elsewhere on the property!!. This one Company spent several hours to tell me this. Top of the line not only figured out its just the P trap at the laundy line IN GARAGE!, but Gavin got everything flowing fine in an hour. Then we were able to get proper 2 hr repair scheduled a few days later. Thanksgiving was spent without a working kitchen sink from me making the wrong call.. Top of the Line gets my first call every-time!!Thanks again Gavin your the man!

The technician, Tony C. went above and beyond with the rendered services (leaky faucet, garbage disposal and appliance hook up to the water line).
