No B.S. - they arrive when promised, they assess the problem quickly and complete repairs effectively . They also are a FRACTION of the big name companies in terms of cost.Amazing local business and I have used them twice in one month and will refer everyone I know to them. Would rate 6 stars if I could.Call them now!

Have used them several times over the past few years and won’t ever call anyone else. They are always professional and courteous, timely and fairly priced. This last visit was for our hot water heater. Not once did they try to sell us a new one because it only needed a repair. To contrast, we accidentally called another guy with the name “Rooter” by accident and before even inspecting our water heater they were starting to sell us an expensive tankless system. That alerted us that we didn’t have the right “Rooter”. We quickly fixed that mistake! Thank you, Roto-Rooter! Again!

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

The crew was amazing, we had a few problems with the city, but duck duck handled all of that for us. We’re super grateful for all the hard work they did for us. Shout out to the crew that came out and installed everything, they were so nice and professional. I also want to thank Julia she kept me informed with everything and was so very nice and professional. Great company 10/10 would recommend!

Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

Dallas & Jonny are great Plumbing Techs very nice, knowledgeable, they did show concern with my plumbing problems, and they explained everything so thoroughly. I really appreciate the great service.!!!

Outdoor spigot leaking and I and a neighbor could not get the house/ water valve to shut off. No inside of the house damage. Technician Dustin was great! Replaced spigot hook up and new shut off pipes with a box cover. My experience with Swift Brothers was good. My only issue was the bill seemed high and I did not receive a breakdown pricing for services. Actually need that for my records

After a big name plumber refused to give me an estimate for a toilet replacement, I looked up a local plumber. He gave multiple scenarios and cost ideas. Arrived 10 minutes early, knocked the job out quickly, and over-delivered on his estimate. Absolutely amazing experience!

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k. Stay far away from this company - especially their office dispatcher Sandy.

Nicholas was the technician who arrived to replace our check valve assembly. He was fantastically polite, professional, and focused. He did not let me distract him as I was asking him questions about the assembly. He patiently explained the features of the preventer and was incredibly courteous throughout. I can't say enough positive things about him.
