Called on the weekend discovered the water heater in the garage had a major leak. They came out the same day unfortunately I needed a new water heater our system was 18yo but the price was reasonable. 10/10 would 100% recommend!

My plumber was fine but was charged over $300 labor ( everyone else is $150 ) and $40 for a $15 part. Job took 5 minutes and cost $350 total for a shower cartridge. Really?

Turner Plumbing did a repipe for us. They worked us into the schedule because we had a slab leak. We had a few other issues as well that they were able to repair for us while on site. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

We are so greatfull to Johnnywe have a Pre School and a child flushed a toy in the Toilet. A very difficult task and it could have cost us thousand of dollars, but he flushed those pipes with patience and love and got it fixed. He wanted the kids to be able to come back to School the next day. Great Job. So greatful. GOD bless you.

Never heard of this, could not rate this probably a reliable company, plumber's have a hard job, most hard working people are honest, I would give them a call if I needed a plumber, I would use small company's better service and better price,

I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they have done. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, are professional, and provide great value for their price. Other contractors I have used have commented on the quality work that they do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need whether it’s a simple repair or something more complex.

Honest, professional, and great work! I will be using Eagerton in the future for any and all of my plumbing needs. The tech and assistant completed the work within 2 hours, they arrived right on time, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I recommend NOT using Presto Plumbing. They pumped our septic out at the end of December, and we were never sent a report or details about the pump out. We still have been having plumbing issues two months later so we reached back out and they pulled up our invoice to let us know our septic pump was broken but apologized that they did not send us the report in December. It took them at-least two weeks to return several of our phone calls. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. do NOT CALL.

Has a charge for an estimate. That should have been my 1st warning but I went ahead with the estimate. They later called and said they couldn't help me as the utility company here in Clay doesn't allow drip irrigation on recycled water. I identified myself as an Orange Park resident when I called and stated that I was looking into drip irrigation for the hedges/ground cover. I should have been told THEN that you couldn't do/didn't want the work not after I've paid for an estimate.I called Clay County Utility Authority, spoke with a manager and found that they did discourage putting drip irrigation on recycled water in the past due to possible drip emitter damage from contaminants in the water. This is no longer their policy and they fully support water conservation efforts by their customers.Thanks for the experience. I found companies that don't charge for estimates and are current on local utility company conservation efforts.Not recommended.5/17/18P.S. Just saw owner's response, too funny. If you have no idea who I am, you need to return that fee charged to my credit card on 4/26/18.

I have a septic system, and have used their pump out service. However, I didn't realize that they did total replumbing until I had a very disappointing experience with another company. I called to ask when my last two pumpouts were, and the receptionist told me and said, let me let you speak with someone who knows more than I do. Dave told me how to trouble shoot my leak. I will definitely have them do any repairs!

The price is worth every cent knowing it was fixed the right way. Griffin Service has an Excellent team. Customer service was spot on as well.. very respectful, understanding and reassuring.I love this company, I will adopt them all as mine!
