Come to find that flex line from Regulator to Gas Water Heater was left Hand threads. Robert, Tech, was able to figure that out, and also clean out all the soote and get me back in service. We chose Lettow Plumbing to complete a whole home re-pipe for us. We also had our hot water heater location changed, had whole home filters installed and had a bathroom renovation completed by Lettow Plumbing during/after the re-pipe. This company is top notch! It is the second time I have used David. The first time was a major water line relocate in our kitchen. The second time was for a toilet repair. They are quick to respond, arrive on time, professional, trustworthy and efficient. Their prices are certainly fair. I will continue to keep their business card and call them when needed. Why call anyone else?

Had someone come check for a leak. He never even tried to turn off the main water or even look for the leak. He was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and didn't even give a quote for work I might need. Received a bill in the mail for $115 in the mail even though I was never told there was a fee or agreed to pay anything. This a a very dishonest company. Filing complaint with BBB and attorney general.

Do not use this company. You will be sorry. Called them on a Sunday and had to beg them to come. $388.00 and 5 days later I have same problem as before. Called again to schedule service two days in advance for a 1:00 and they were a no show. Plus for the Sunday call they charged me at a rate of $125/hr and then they had the audacity to charge me for two pair of latex gloves, two pair of sewer gloves and three antibacterial wipes which I never saw used. This was once a great company, woman owned, now that son has taken over it has gone down the toilet.

This is the place to go folks! Woody and his battle buddle did an amazing job. They were professional, on time and most of all PERSONABLE. I would recommend him to any homeowner or business owner. I look forward to working them again whenever the opportunity presents itself.
