My drains in this house I bought were just god awful! And my technician Austin Wright came out and unclogged it, but also shared with me tons of information that I greatly appreciate. Also had to have him come back out and cut out part of my main drain line in the spare bathroom and he did an incredible job! No clogs, and no draining issues as of yet ? Austin was always on time, and did everything he said he would do which is what I appreciate the most. Thanks for all your hard work. I will definitely be using Mr rooter in the future if I I have other plumbing issues.

We just used Terry Vereen Plumbing for a backflow device installation, a leaky sink, and have estimates for a total bathroom remodel, and to add a sink into our Daycare nursing room. I hired Duck Duck through trip advisor. I called them and they got me an appointment with in a day for a pump out. My septic tank alarm went back to normal and then today the alarm came back on so it might be the pump. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

The owner of American Plumbing Randy Miller it's probably one of the greatest man I've ever known in my life. Having work from Mr Miller and saw all the things that he did to help me as a single parent under his employment. Give me the opportunity over time to go into business for myself. They installed my tankless hot water heater running the lines from one side of my house where the original old tank was all the way to the opposite side of house without any issues or complications!!!Tankless works amazing & I have an endless supply of hot water!!I’d recommend this company to anyone!!!Definitely will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing remodeling needs!!

The scheduler (Tracy?) grew very angry when I wanted a simple second opinion. She was furious that her technician drove 10 miles to my home without collecting his $100 diagnostic fee. Afterward, she called me and began cursing and screaming obscenities at me! F-bombs flying left and right. The plumber was friendly, but I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company!!
