The good news...The technician was a great guy. 5 stars for him.The bad news....The representative I spoke with on the phone said that the technician would be here within the hour, that didn't happen. I called back and the next rep said the tech was 30 minutes away. I called at 7:00 and the tech didn't show up until 4 hours later. No fault of the tech. Just think the company needs to work on their communication with the customer.

I have used Turner Plumbing over the years and have always been pleased. There employees are extremely knowledgeable, fast working, super nice, helpful, and all at a great price!Very grateful!!!!! Highly recommended!

Swift Brothers all around from my first contact with dispatch/company and the gentleman that came to do our request for an estimate. I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith

I would highly recommend Hall and Sons. They are super responsive, courteous and they do their best to save you money. We had them come out to our house more than once to help us determine where a water leak was coming from. Their entire team is courteous and helpful. We will definitely being using Hall and Sons for all future plumbing needs!

The company we lease from uses Kimball Pluming. I had a couple of issues that have needed attention this year, including a tub and toiletwhen we moved in, and the garbage disposal today. Kimball Plumbing offers a secretary for scheduling. The guys are professional, clean, personable, and competent in their work. This time Billy came out to help with the garbage disposal and was terrific!

Unprofessional.Ridiculous charges.I will never recommend this company.Firstly, they unclogged a tub but then flushed the clog down the toilet. Hello!?Then the crew member left urine on the toilet and didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom, grossly unprofessional.The worst part?$125 charge for less than 10 minutes worth of work with a drain snake AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THE COST UNTIL AFTER THE WORK NOR GET MY SIGNATURE ON ANY INVOICE.

I called a plumber out to replace my shower valve and they did an excellent job. On time , professional and very affordable. I was sure they would have given me a high price like the other companies I called. Very reasonable and very experienced. I would recommend them to anyone on a tight budget. I will definitely call Floridian Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
