Price was a little high, but quality and attentiveness was top notch.

I called to get an estimate for a slab leak the guy that came out was very friendly, however did not follow through on emailing me the estimate quote as he said he would. I never heard back from Turner Plumbing at all. I contacted Sweeney of NE Florida Inc and was given a verbal and the written estimate within minutes and the job completed.

We had our septic tank pumped - The guys were great - called on the way to the house and were earlier than scheduled time - GREAT very friendly - we are pleased with the work done and will DEFINIATELY use Duck Duck Rooter again. Thank you so much for the quick and professional service.

Work was excellent, the worker were professional, butThe scheduling of their times to arrive was awful.We ask that worker come early in mornings to uninstall toilet, they arrived the afternoon.as a result, a job that could have been done in two days lasted 4 days.I would say that was very poor cooperation. our floor install was most surely left out to dry. I first found DWV Plumbing when I tried to replace my toilet and found that after three tries, my flange needed to be replaced because of broken bolt holders. It was 8AM Sunday morning when I called David about fixing my mess. He was out to my house by 9:30AM and within 2 hours he had replaced my flange reset my toilet and handed me a bill THAT WAS LESS THAN HALF of what a competitor of his quoted me for a Sunday service call.The next time I called David was to Install a Vanity for my bathroom after I, again, tried to Do-It-Myself. He gladly came out and installed my Vanity and repaired the mess that I made trying to save money on my own.Finally, I decided to replace my bathtub and tile surrounding the tub, but before I called David I called around to other Plumbing Companies in the Jacksonville area. David had given me a quote 10 months ago and I wanted to see what his competitors would do the same/equivalent work for.I was not surprised when the lowest quote was David's. While researching the other local plumbers I discovered that David is only 1 of 4 in the Jacksonville area that is Accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Reviews of his competitors was questionable at best. So, I had David do my bathtub and tile replacement.I am VERY HAPPY with the completed project and the time that it took to complete it. The Bathroom went from a very 1980's look (The Brady Bunch) to a modern elegant bathroom. He completed the work in the timeframe that was discussed and the price could not be beat. My hat is off to you, David, and you will continue to be 'my plumber'.

Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

The day after Thanksgiving we discovered our outdoor irrigation system sprang a leak and was gushing water. We called Crabtree and left a message; they called us back within 30 minutes and there guy was here less than an hour later. He explained the problem and quickly got it repaired. Will definitely use Crabtree from now on! Greatly appreciated their quick response, honesty, and professionalism.

I recommend NOT using Presto Plumbing. They pumped our septic out at the end of December, and we were never sent a report or details about the pump out. We still have been having plumbing issues two months later so we reached back out and they pulled up our invoice to let us know our septic pump was broken but apologized that they did not send us the report in December. It took them at-least two weeks to return several of our phone calls. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. do NOT CALL.
