This is a customer service review not for services performed; I wasnt allowed to get that far due to the agent that took my call hung up on me 3 times. My 4th call & an online inquiry later I finally spoke to another associate that never called me back for scheduling. ??

They charge $124 for initial hour labor even didn't fix anything. Just took a look and said needed to order the parts. The problem is no one discussed with me about initial hour or service charge when I made appointment.

Young men that came to my home fell thru the garage roof and hall roof.Didn't even bother to tell me.Replumbed whole house.Made 28 trips all together.Tried to discuss with Mr. Vereen and he ask us to leave his office.He could have taken time to send somone out to check their work.Some of the plumbing was not even connected.In the attic where the man fell thru twice didn't even put the insulation back up.Took days to even get somone to patch which looks awful.Plus they took the ice maker hose and bent into and shoved in back of air conditioner.Wondered why ice machine never worked again.They came highly recommended to me.Very very disappointed as I'm having to pay to have redone.

First of all we want to thank the lady who gave as the next day appt. We truly appreciate that, as we need our bathrooms completed as soon as possible. Thumbs ups. Charles and his assistant did a phenomenal job working on both of our bathtubs. We are very much happy with the result. Charles will give you the confidence that we chose the right company, he communicates well and gives you the best option and suggestion. Another thumbs up. 5/5 star. Highly recommended.

Fair price, prices across the country have left us older citizens in a situation we shouldn't be in.

I tried to remove a moen cartridge to repair a leaking tub faucet and couldn’t get it out even with the moen removal tool. I called David and he came right over in less then 15 minutes. It took him maybe 15 more minutes to get the old cartridge out and put the new one in and reassemble everything. He gave me a break on his hourly rate, when he could have charged me full price (which I would have gladly payed because I was about to break something). He was fast, friendly, courteous, and honest.

These guys are as good as it gets. Pricing is fair and service that is excellent. Blown away but the entire experience. Thanks guys.

I had a great experience with this company. My estimator, John R. was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave me a quote that was fair and reasonable. The plumber, Ramon was also very pleasant and had a great attitude. I would definitely use this company again!

They cut our air conditioning line when doing a repair at our condo. They even marked the location of the leak and dug up the pipe around it. But they would not admit to damaging the line. They claimed they heard the buried line hissing and dug it up as a courtesy for us. The hole they dug to do their work was five feet away. Our A/C tech wrote a report about the damaged line, claiming it had been cut. In a nutshell we just forked out $3,000 and they wouldn't pay a dime. They might be good I don't know but they are not honest.

I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.

Came in and explained the situation and very quickly resolved the problem. Less than 15 minutes in and out. Very happy!. Woody was great!

We recently contacted Steven's Plumbing to fix a problem with a corroded cold water valve. Steve called back the next day and was at our home within 40 minutes. He removed and replaced the valve. In 2013, he installed our water softener and a tub in our garage. In 2015, he installed a fresh water line to that tub. We have been very pleased with his service and we recommend him highly.

Called at 4PM due to the house flooding with water from the laundry room. The owner was at my house in less than 10 minutes. Identified the problem, resolved the issue of the flooding, and the next morning fixed the septic pump. Super fast and professional service 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent & very knowledgable company!! They installed my tankless hot water heater running the lines from one side of my house where the original old tank was all the way to the opposite side of house without any issues or complications!!!Tankless works amazing & I have an endless supply of hot water!!I’d recommend this company to anyone!!!Definitely will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing remodeling needs!!

Great hospitable crew made for good customer service. Questions & communication were no problem. Installed a new more efficient HVAC system that kept my natural gas for heat. Have AC to get me through the summer for now.
