Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

TOOK yesterday off and waited all day and no one called or showed up.

The experience with Kimball company was top notch and nothing short of my expectation for plumbing services from the phone call with the female who answered and who was nothing short of recognizing my issue to accommodate for scheduling to the time the job was completed.

Needed a new sump pump. I called them at 5pm and they were at my home the next morning to install a new pump and pump out our septic tank. Knowledgeable, professional and hard working techs! Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.

Our hot water heater broke and we were working with our home warranty company to get it replaced. We were not happy with the company they required us to use so we called Fenwick. So glad we did! They did a wonderful job for us, very professional and followed up with us to make sure everything was done as we expected. Thanks Fenwick Plumbing!!

No heat. System failed on a night in low 30's and after new thermostat had been installed a month earlier. Terry Walker came on short notice, found that the 2-pole contactor in heat strips was dead and fixed problem. I found Terry to be polite and knowledgeable, diligently and thoroughly examining every aspect of what might have gone wrong. He did a great job and I hope he'll be the one to come back to do my scheduled maintenance job in February. PS this is second time I have used Donovan and I can highly recommend this company!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. My tankless water heater broke. The warranty company sent the work order to this company they came out in 5 days, submitted a report to the warranty company that it needed to be replaced. The warranty company approved a replacement. They have made three appointments for them to return and replace the water heater. They never showed up or called me to tell me they were not coming. I have called All Hours several time to check on my repair but nothing but lies. I've asked to talk to the owner of the company but she is never there and I was told she would call me. Not holding my breath. I hope I never have to use this company again. Plus they charge an extra $395 for what one says code upgrade but no one knows what they are adding for the code upgrade. I think it is a scam to get more money than the warranty company pays. Do expect much from this company. They only have one technician that covers my area.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
