Darley's has always been quick to get to the job and repair any broken plumbing. Their are reasonable as far as pricing and always a joy to work with. We have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

The incompetent staff including the managers are deceiving customers.
They were hired to repair and add plumbing to a kitchen that had no drywall and easy access to all plumbing. They caused more damage than I can explain please see the pictures.

They charge $124 for initial hour labor even didn't fix anything. Just took a look and said needed to order the parts. The problem is no one discussed with me about initial hour or service charge when I made appointment.

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.

I had a leak in my shower faucet and a cracked tub. The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me into their schedule quickly and kept updated. The gentleman that came to my place was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Got the work done in a couple of hours, cleaned up after himself and my tub looked brand new with the reseal!

I hired Top of the Line Plumbing to install a Rinnai RU 199 IP tankless water heater. They did an excellent job and they are now the plumbers I will use going forward for all my plumbing needs. Very pleased with the quality of work from their plumber, Billy. Had a problem with misaligned pipes. He was very knowledgeable and used his time wisely when attacking the problem. I did not feel over charged. He kept a clean working area which was impressive given all the sawing into the wall that was required to fix the pipes. Definitely worth putting your trust into!
