Normally, I only write reviews when the service I receive is exceptional or horrendous. In this case,I received exceptional service from Harry L. Hayes plumbing. I had a plumbing issue that I'd been dealing with for quite sometime which was affecting 2 bathrooms in my home. I contacted Harry L. Hayes and received a response immediately with a scheduled time for the very next day. The gentlemen arrived earlier than scheduled and resolved my problems within minutes. The gentlemen were extremely professional and completed the job efficiently and expertly. I have not had any additional issues since. I will use this company again and would recommend their services, without hesitation.

I requested a quote to repipe my home and even though they came out the same day to give me an estimate, I never heard from them again. I was supposed to get the estimate in an email the next day but there was no email. 2 days later I called to check on the estimate and gave them my email again, in case they mistyped it, I was told I would receive it that day or the next day latest and still nothing after almost two weeks. Obviously they didn't want to do the job but at least have the curtesy to call and tell me instead of wasting my time waiting for a call or email. I could've hired another company much sooner. This is not the way to run a company.

We recently bought an older house and started having plumbing issues. After having 3 plumbers come by and not fix the issue, we were given the recommendation to give Terry Vereen a call. I'm so glad we did! The lady I spoke to on the phone, also named Tabitha, was very nice and was able to give me some rough estimates over the phone. I've noticed a lot of places won't do that for some reason. I had a lot of questions and she didn't mind answering them. When the team of 2 came out, they listened to the issues we had an immediately figured out what the problem was. They were very quick, efficient, and polite. Fixed the clog and repaired the shower overflow pipes that weren't attached from the previous owners.

Called this company a month ago and scheduled a septic tank pump out on my personal home and it was just a flurry of cancellations and non-callbacks, they never even came my septic tank pump alarm is still going off 32 days later. Figured I would give them one more chance on a rental property and again total lack of communication mixed with rescheduling. Seems like they're excellent on spending money on marketing but I think they have way more work than they can handle and it's showing... If you can't handle the amount of work that you're getting then you should scale things back and only do what you can handle.**Update**After reading the review the owner called me within minutes and apologized and told me they had some problems with their automated phone service and that made sense, and everything has been corrected and they are doing great now. I would use again.

I recently spent close to $4000 re plumbing my whole house with them. There was a leak a couple weeks later coming out of one of the pipes in the laundry room. I called them back out and they spent no more than 20 minutes at my residence, told me they ran a snake down the drain and there was nothing blocking it and that there was a hole in the pipe somewhere. Then i was charged $100 and still can not use my washer. I would gladly have compensated them for time and fuel costs but $100 is ridiculous. When i called and asked to speak to someone about this, i was told someone would contact me. No one did. I feel completely ripped off. The technician was also very short and rude towards me when i inquired about why it cost so much when nothing got fixed. I would not recommend Quikfix to anyone I know.

Aldridge and Sons plumbing installed a water heater in my house this week. The old one had 2 months remaining on the warranty and they worked with the manufacturer to have them pay for the replacement heater. I had a new water heater installed within 2 days. Chris in the office and The guy that did the installation were both fantastic. The company exceeded my expectations on this transaction and I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.

On Monday, August 22,2022,I was driving down Lenox Ave at approximately 140pm. A pick up truck crossed over two lanes into the lane I was driving in. To avoid being hit by this truck, I had to swerve into the next lane over. Crabtree needs to speak with their drivers about how they drive their company vehicle. Especially in the rain. Based on previous reviews, a driver of this vehicle has had issues in the past. This is not good for your brand.

This is an amazing company. They stand behind what they do. I had a drainage issue in which my whole house was backing up in January. The problem happened again today and they sent someone out to fix it. Apparently, it's the Charmin ultra soft I started using that is thicker and heavier and some smaller toilets are not strong enough to push all, mostly on just one flush. Their service people are so nice and knowledgeable. The trip today was no charge since it was nothing but TP. I highly recommend this company. Others quoted higher and weren't near as nice, quick and accommodating.

I am living in a new build, this company installed the plumbing in my home, I got their number off of my water heater tank, after 2 years I have an issue with my faucet leaking, called them to get a quote on repairs as I figured that since they are the installers that it would make sense to stay with them, even though they have plumbing repairs listed as a service on their website I was told by the person that answered the phone that they are only doing new builds- ok if that's the case, update your website or add a note to your site that during the pandemic that you are only performing limited services- this is very misleading.
