First of all, let's address the lack of professionalism of their employees. Asking for pay before the completion of the project and then getting mad when you don't have it when they want it. We were told that it would take about 2 days, but it actually took over a week.And now, let's get to the completion or lack thereof... They literally put my dog's water bowl over a shutoff valve! And then tried to bury it! They ripped our backyard apart to replace the pipes and then left our yard looking rough, bumpy, and downright rugged.As they were working, they tracked so much dirt on our floors and didn't even try to clean it up. We were sweeping our floors for DAYS without them even acknowledging the fact that they were sorry or in the wrong.They were never on time. They would say oh we'll be back in the morning and then show up around 3pm. They hyped us up stating that they would be on time, but they let us down by not showing up as promised.When we reached out to them via phone, they would reply in a text instead. Very unprofessional! They couldn't even answer the phone!They left our bathroom's sink and toilet out, which is okay due to them laying down more concrete, but they left the pipe uncovered so that the sewer gasses could just creep into our home! The inspector even said the same thing! We ended up having to stuff trash bags into the hole and cover it, which should have been THEIR job!Also, they put a hole in our fence and didn't even say anything, like we wouldn't notice! (most likely due to an unlicensed driver riding equipment he shouldn't have been on in the first place)So, all I have to say is that you should really consider another plumbing service besides this one. We will never use them again!Update: We have to pay someone else to put the toilet and sink in the bathroom that they ripped out! This is crazy!

Rolland Reash Plumbing does outstanding work! I called them for an emergency issue with my water heater this weekend. They let me know how long it would take for someone to come, called me to confirm the exact arrival time and sent over a professional plumber who was going to make sure he assessed every aspect of the issue so that it would be repaired correctly. Awesome service! I contacted APC and they quickly got me on the schedule for a time that was convenient for me and the representative that they sent was amazing. Expensive if it's an emergency

I have been in my house for 30 years. From the day I moved in until now, I have called Steve for any of my plumbing needs. He is always very responsive. He is very knowledgeable. He is always very transparent about what the problem is, what the solutions are, and what the cost of each will be. Since I first called on Steve almost 30 years ago, I have always called him for any plumbing needs I have had. From minor leaks to installing hot water heaters, to installing water softener systems, to replacing a toilet, to replacing a faucet. I can trust him and I have complete confidence that he is the best man for the job. He is the Best!

We unfortunately had a clog in our main sewer line which was backing up the entire house. Andy came out quickly and resolved the problem. We will definitely be using Monument Plumbing in the future.

horrible experience, this company misdiagnosed my leak/hot water issue, fixed the wrong problem and has yet to call me back or come back out to correct the problem. I would never use this company again.
