Daniel and Dwayne replaced my water heater. They were terrific! Very professional and so kind. They warned me to be careful because the garage floor (where the water heater leaked) was wet and I might slip. They also told me how to replace the salt in my water softener! They were right on time too. Just super nice and helpful. Love those guys!!!!

We had hard water build up in our solar water tank. My husband called them yesterday and they came out today. The Sunshine State Plumber found the buildup, cleaned the pipe and got us on our way to full running hot water in no time at all. He was fast and we got a good price. Christian Brothers Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system for my home. I am extrememly happy with the quality of the job, cost/value, and the professionalism of John Addair and his enitre crew. These guys were a complete pleasure to work with. The install project at my home was not conventinal in that the AC Air Handler is under the house.. Other AC contractors would complain and moan and groan just talking with me about the job. Christian Brothers were happy, even singing while they worked. Positive attitudes.. I highly recommend this company!

Whoever handles the phone calls and customer service aspect is not the nicest. Very abrasive and does not seem concerned with the customers issues. From the moment I contacted them in regards to repairs they made on a house before we purchased it and from the beginning of our conversation they were constantly insisting there was no way they were the cause for the leak. She explained several times how someone could’ve ran over it and there was a lot of construction going on at the house so I needed to be aware that it’s could end up not being covered under their warranty. Luckily the gentleman they sent out, after making it seem like they were gonna be too busy to make it to my house in a timely manner, was very kind and professional and explained how the issue was fixed and it was in fact covered under warranty. I explained the the woman on the phone how I have 1600 dollars in JEA charges on my account and she still seems very uninterested in helping provide the documents ASAP so I can dispute the charges. After explaining to her jea advised me to email them a copy ASAP and just to provide the original documents whenever I received them she proceeds to tell me they can’t email them until tomorrow... definitely will not be returning for services from them. Like I said. The actual plumber they sent out was very professional and kind... the only reason for my review is to hopefully have some customer service improvements for future customers.

This business is GREAT!!! Definately CALL THESE GUYS!!!! I don't usually do reviews but I had to with these guys. I called and they we kind and courtious. She got me a non-emergency call the next day to pump out my septic tank.Rob & Tommy came out and had to find the trap to the septic tank. There were plants all around it. They were able to get it done without injuring my plants. And Rob & Tommy very quickly found and fixed the problem I was having and pumped out the septic tank. USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I called Nelson Plumbing to come out and fix a leaking valve. They were not able come out, but recommended another company. It's a measure of good business that even when a company cannot 'fix' your problem, they are still trying to 'solve' your problem.

I called a plumber out to replace my shower valve and they did an excellent job. On time , professional and very affordable. I was sure they would have given me a high price like the other companies I called. Very reasonable and very experienced. I would recommend them to anyone on a tight budget. I will definitely call Floridian Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
