Dexter came out and took care of our problem. he ran a snake to clean it out. he left our home after he cleaned up. We would use him again for any other problem

Steve arrived on time, and worked hard to unclog my toilet drain. He walked me through his process and showed me the clogs on his camera system. He got the toilet draining properly and left the bathroom clean. I was very impressed with him and Mr Rooter, and will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

As the leader of the Ardsley Neighborhood Association, I use Turner Plumbing annually to inspect the backflow device on the sprinkler system at the main entrance to the neighborhood. Service is quick, reliable, and conducted primarily through a simple email request. I would expect residential plumbing issue to handled in a similarly prompt, professional manner, but have not personally needed them (yet).

Amazing service all around! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to schedule an appointment. She made an appointment for me the next day and clarified the service charges prior to the visit. Got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Connor and Jaylen arrived in a timely and professional manner. I had a problem with the water heater leaking. They assessed the problem. Once they returned with the pieces they completed the installation in no time. Connor was able to explain to me how the water heater operates and where the problem was. I'm a first time homeowner and would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

Joshua was very professional and on time. he was willing to dig to find my septic tank lid and cleaned it out. He covered it back with dirt and was very nice to work with. Several septic companies I have called out would not even dig to find the septic lid. I would definitely recommend and use again

All the work was great but some how he turned on the house on the side of the house I could hear water running so I checked and it was the hose above the water shut off to the house.

The plumber they set out to me was Justin. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the entire process of his plan to replace my hot water heater. He took measures to make sure I had the most efficient set up for my property at the most economical price.I was elated at the service Justin provided here. I called to get a price quote and possibly use their service. The lady on the phone answered is very rude and nasty!! I was telling her my problem and she asked, when did this start happening. The truth?What would be the point of me lying about when the issue started. Why would that be a question to ask a potential customer. O was offended and disgusted with the lack of customer service. I will never use this company!

Can't say enough about the overall experience from leak to replacement. Called them noon and repaired next day by 9:45 am. I wasted a day getting estimates 2-5 times their price. Experienced professional installer, explained the whole process answering all questions with great consideration. Ret. Navy with lots of questions.They have my business in the future.
