The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house. These folks were amazing. Showed up promptly to my mothers house to help unclog the pipes. Reasonably priced and professional. They will also be providing a quote for additional needs. I am not easily impressed, but I can’t say enough how good they were.

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

I have known Bill and his wife for many years. They are great people and his company is a direct comparison.
