Had to do a whole house re-pipe due to copper pipe issues. Terry Vereen Plumbing did everything they said they would do - from coming out to give estimate, emailing contract, getting permit, scheduling the work and completing the work. All done in a timely manner by friendly, professional staff. They sent out 2 trucks and 5 guys to do this job and they arrived on time and were clean cut, polite and got right to work! They got this job done the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The county inspector showed up today to sign off and said they did excellent work and had insulated all the pipes (which this county does not even required anymore). We could not have asked for anything better...they did a great job and we would recommend them to anyone! And the price was fair too! We talked to atleast a dozen companies and had 3 companies come out to give us estimates and Terry Vereen Plumbing was one of the lowest. You won't go wrong if you hire these guys!

They were incredible: I was out of the country, my (former - now!) plumber wouldn't come to fix a toilet overflow and I just looked online and started dialing. DuckDuck responded immediately and sent someone to my hose. He then called for more service and they came the next two days (it was more than one toilet - it was everything). They they sent camera to my (old) sewer line which has proved to my condo association that indeed the clay pipes are broken and infested with roots. Very professional. I'm sticking with them, now.

Was in need of a new water heater. Purchased one at Home Depot and was told Swift Brothers would reach out to me to schedule. Nobody ever called so I had to call them. I went from a standard hot water heater to a tankless. They told me I would need a permit and charged me for one. They never pulled a permit for the job. I have had nothing but issues since the installation not to mention it looks like my 5 yr old installed it. I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me, it’s been weeks. Next step is BBB

American Plumbing replaced my sewer line in January 2022. They were super professional, helpful and responsive. Someone in management was there frequently to check the work and kept me informed at every step. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

These days it's hard to find people who will even respond, much less do what they say and do a good job. I was lucky to reach Spencer with Superior Plumbing. They responded quickly and resolved my issue for less than what others were charging. The guys were polite and efficient. No pricing surprises on this job. I was happy with the quality of the work and hope to do more business with them in the future.

5 Stars for my technician, Stephen and Donovan for employing such qualified people! Stephen assessed the situation quickly and took the necessary steps to repair my 2 year old dehumidifier which had stopped working and begun to leak. He was prompt, professional and an excellent diagnositician! I will definitely be calling upon him for all my HVAC needs!!!

I would highly recommend Amelia Plumbing and Royce. I called at 330pm and Royce arrived at 5pm, completed the job quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up up the work area and answered my questions.

This plumbing company did a fantastic job! They were very responsive and cleared our clients drain problems quick so we could clean up the mess from a sewage back-up.
