Allen and David were friendly and very professional. Allen assessed the problem with a toilet, presented a couple of options for repair or replacement, and offered ways to save on the installations. I decided, without sales pressure, to replace both of my home toilets with taller, more efficient ones I had been considering anyway. I was offered their 3-year Advantage Plan which I purchased that includes yearly inspections of home plumbing. Clean up and old toilet removal from my property, along with courteous and professional manner by both gentlemen made this a 5-Star experience. I am very pleased with both toilets. Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

Timely on most work. However asked them to replace sprayer on kitchen sink as part of job. No problem with that mentioned when setting up appointment. Tech then said “they don’t sell sprayers separately... you will need to buy whole faucet setup and then call us back to install” and didn’t do as part of work. Was at Ace, and they do sell new sprayers separately.... I feel a bit mislead by Haley the tech. At least some of the work got done but don’t understand the sprayer not getting done.

I have used Terry Vereen Plumbing for the last several years and have been very pleased. We had to have extensive repair work done (complete repiping) in order to sell our old house, then a lot of work to renovate a kitchen and bath in our new house. Vereen's plumbers are punctual, pleasant, skilled, and respectful of our property. Renovating the kitchen in our new house got complicated, both technically and logistically. With the Covid pandemic, many things were out of my control, like getting tile work done, or the delivery of a dishwasher. Vereen was very easy to work with and did whatever was necessary to accommodate awkward scheduling. I would highly recommend Terry Vereen Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Schedule an appointment with these folks .. Didn't show up. No follow up call. I'd say avoid this company.

These guys have helped keep my house cool and improved my quality of life. It sounds extreme but I did not knowhow many ssues I was having .They repaired my duct work and added coolant to my unit. I will be recommending them for any issue to anyone that asks.

A very professional and knowledgeable plumber, Tom Zaruta, showed up this morning and fixed our clogged lines. He was also so polite and patient with my many questions. He had great attention to detail & made sure to put things back in place, ensuring a clean, safe working area.The price was right ! Very affordable! I highly recommend this service & Tom !!
