Just want to say our visit for unclogging a pipe was one of the best service experiences ever! The employees were extremely polite and personable and cared so much about the work they were doing. Had issues with machinery not working and were open and honest about the issues and stopped our billing time so they could go exchange it and came back to finish up. Just all around nice guys who did a great job. Will be using them again if we encounter any plumbing issues!

I had a bubbling toilet when I took a shower and called Terry Vereen who sent out two very young-looking men to fix the stoppage. They located the drain pipe in the back yard, ran 10-12 feet of line from the pipe opening by the house toward the septic tank. They flushed the toilet (which had always flushed), and pronounced the drain clear. I had to leave town the next day and was gone for a week in California. The second or third day I was back, the bubbling began again. It was on the weekend, so I had to wait until the work week to call them. It was Wednesday before I called. They said no warranty on stoppages, but I explained no one had even been in the house to use water, and it was clear the stoppage had not been fixed when they were here. They wouldn't budge. I called Darley Plumbing who came out and worked more than an hour removing large amounts of grease from the line from the kitchen drain. $118, but definitely worth it. I will not be calling Vereen again.

Great trustworthy company!

When I called, I gave details that 3 bathrooms were flooding from under the toilet. Not over the top. They said it sounded like a sewer blockage. I feel cheated because with that description I learned from the city that Roto-Rooter is well informed and experienced on the City Utility Company's process. The City will come out any time of the day or night to diagnose the issue for free. Then if they feel its not their responsibility they will recommend that you call a plumber. Then if the plumber comes a finds it is indeed the city's responsibility then the city will come back out and start repairs for free. Also, by taking these steps, the city will reimburse the plumbing bill which was atrocious. They could have shared this. Because they were called prior to the City, the city won't reimburse. It seems to me they don't want to chance not getting the $$$$ . They win but they will never be called by me again. They should have done the right thing. The plumber was amazing, my problem is with communication, administrative process and management resolution.

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me. Reported to the BBB, no answer from owner

They installed my tankless hot water heater running the lines from one side of my house where the original old tank was all the way to the opposite side of house without any issues or complications!!!Tankless works amazing & I have an endless supply of hot water!!I’d recommend this company to anyone!!!Definitely will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing remodeling needs!!

The technician arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable about where to find a replacement faucet. The job was completed quickly with no mess left behind. He even check another faucet in my home and tightened it, added some sealant, and said it was good for a little longer. I will definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs.

I had a visit scheduled for Monday, and they called the Friday before to advise they had an opening due to a cancellation. Daniel arrived within the hour, and seamlessly took care of a toilet and sink problem. He was in & out in less than an hour, and was really polite and professional. I recommend highly!
