I first found DWV Plumbing when I tried to replace my toilet and found that after three tries, my flange needed to be replaced because of broken bolt holders. It was 8AM Sunday morning when I called David about fixing my mess. He was out to my house by 9:30AM and within 2 hours he had replaced my flange reset my toilet and handed me a bill THAT WAS LESS THAN HALF of what a competitor of his quoted me for a Sunday service call.The next time I called David was to Install a Vanity for my bathroom after I, again, tried to Do-It-Myself. He gladly came out and installed my Vanity and repaired the mess that I made trying to save money on my own.Finally, I decided to replace my bathtub and tile surrounding the tub, but before I called David I called around to other Plumbing Companies in the Jacksonville area. David had given me a quote 10 months ago and I wanted to see what his competitors would do the same/equivalent work for.I was not surprised when the lowest quote was David's. While researching the other local plumbers I discovered that David is only 1 of 4 in the Jacksonville area that is Accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Reviews of his competitors was questionable at best. So, I had David do my bathtub and tile replacement.I am VERY HAPPY with the completed project and the time that it took to complete it. The Bathroom went from a very 1980's look (The Brady Bunch) to a modern elegant bathroom. He completed the work in the timeframe that was discussed and the price could not be beat. My hat is off to you, David, and you will continue to be 'my plumber'.

Jason was outstanding. He went out of his way to explain the issue and how he was going to fix it. Once the issue was resolved with the external sewage pipe he then explained what to watch for and how to properly maintain it for the future. I located Monument Plumbing on Craigslist as I needed to replace 2 toilets and install new kitchen faucet. You never know what to expect hiring someone this way, however Andy exceeded my expectations in all ways. Arrived on time, was really efficient and professional, did high quality work for a fair price. I will definitely use him next time and would strongly recommend him.

Peyton Plumbing did a great job for us. No more cold showers, we will use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Scott was on time did just what he said he would do and completed the services in a timely manner.

The manager came to our place named David and he arrived at 7am without a heads up. Next he proceeded to go and fill up the sink with water so he can snake up on the roof and see if it drains. Now before Dave even visited our sink didn't drain fast enough it was slow. But after his visit no more draining. And he charged us 136$ for his b.s service. Terrible service will not use or recommend.

Steve is fantastic. Quick to respond to an emergency type request when out of town as well as a routine maintenance request. Very informative and helpful in more than just immediate plumbing concerns. Nice to not have to deal with multiple people when making a simple call for service. Steve does it all.

Fenwick was a wonderful company to work with. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff to the technicians in our home were so professional, polite and efficient. Lester and Michael deserve a special shout out for resolving our problems. If you need service, don’t hesitate to call Fenwick!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

He quoted a reasonable price for a difficult re-pipe emergency. Completed an excellent job in one day. Friendly and helpful.

First Mitch with Bert Normans Plumbing was here to install a new food disposal for a neighbor and did an excellent job. Here at Timbercreek our outside water spigots have all gone bad around the same time, leaving us frustrated and in need. Mitch repaired mine and was coming back Friday for another neighbor of mine, who needed two replaced, but he was called away on emergency Friday and Steve came in his stead. He did an excellent job as well. Now all outside spigots are working just fine. Thanks guys! BNP is my plumbing company and I highly recommend them.

Floridian Plumbing was absolutely amazing! After accidentally breaking a fixture and causing water to spew out, I called them in a panic. The team was incredibly responsive and took care of everything while I was away. When I returned, the pipe was fixed perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. A special shoutout to Corey, the plumber who worked on the repair. He was professional, friendly, and provided top-notch service.
