Eric and Claude with Harry Hayes Plumbing, were our plumbing techs for repiping our home. The job took longer than expected but they hung in there and made sure the job was done the correct way. They delivered as promised, that we would have hot water by Thursday. Good Job!

I can't speak to this company's work quality, but I can about their lack of responsiveness...A week went by and no response to either of my email inquiries or calls.I'm not one to beg a contractor to take my money, I'll call a competitor.

Just want to say our visit for unclogging a pipe was one of the best service experiences ever! The employees were extremely polite and personable and cared so much about the work they were doing. Had issues with machinery not working and were open and honest about the issues and stopped our billing time so they could go exchange it and came back to finish up. Just all around nice guys who did a great job. Will be using them again if we encounter any plumbing issues!

They just finished the repipe of our master bathroom. It was a major project. They were even willing to work around our travel schedule. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have called Workman's Kwik Fix plumbing for help with several residential plumbing projects and problems, and we have been very impressed with the quality of work and the friendly, courteous plumbers who came to help us. By random chance, we have been helped by one of their plumbers named Curtis twice so far. Both times, Curtis was thorough, explained what he was doing and answered our questions, and completed the job promptly and for a reasonable charge. Thank you, Kwik Fix Plumbing!

Promised that he will install, but after removing the old one, they didn't know what they were doing, got lost. and we were charged for their unknown knowledge in installation. it was a joke.

I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.

Our sinks were draining slowly so Presto came out to see what was wrong and fix the issue. They gave us a time frame and then called about ten minutes before the plumber arrived to give an additional heads up, which we appreciated. Woody was very friendly and informative and fixed our issue rather quickly!

VERY Honest, local, father and son business been around Mandarin for MANY years! HIGHLY recommend-Completed our plumbing issues in an old house remodel- and did what was needed not what we could have spent!! Also used again in our newer home for installs - We ONLY use them- support LOCAL business!!!

Metro Rooter came out twice to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Just checked and it is still leaking. Called them to come back out and found out we are out of warranty since it was 2 months ago. They only warranty their work for 30 days. Not only will we get billed again, but they will charge extra for Sunday calls. How's that for customer loyalty? When I asked, What happens if this keeps happening every two months, the response was, Well, if you buy a car and the warranty is only good for 5,000 miles and it breaks at 6,000, you have to pay. My response? That may be true, but you certainly don't take it back to the same crap place. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
