Mark Harrison did a great job . Not only did he address the issue he provided an education regarding how water pressure works and how to maintain service on our water heater . His respect for our home ( including wearing shoe covers ) was outstanding !!

Had a drain clog up over weekend, decided it was worth the pay for the emergency callout for a Sunday, called and left message, and signed up for a appointment on Sunday. Never heard from them. When I called this morning, they sent a plumber right out to fix the clog. Very happy to have clog cleared. Just wish they had a better weekend callout notification.

Worked me in the same day I called. Arrived on time and completed the job and explained what they were doing. Costs as quoted for replacing the water heater. Replaced a main shutoff while there for a reasonable cost.

I do things myself and I was trying to remove a Moen cartridge in my tub and it broke. I called about 6 companies and they either didn't have availability or I didn't feel comfortable inviting them over. I called David and he gave me a fair quote, arrived in about 15 minutes after my call and had my faucet fixed in about 45 minutes. He was willing to continue from where I left off where the cartridge broke. Thank you DWV Plumbing and you have earned my business.

I would highly recommend Hall and Sons. They are super responsive, courteous and they do their best to save you money. We had them come out to our house more than once to help us determine where a water leak was coming from. Their entire team is courteous and helpful. We will definitely being using Hall and Sons for all future plumbing needs!

Horrible customer services. They don’t care about new clients. I’m a contractor and got the run around for 2 days trying to get them to do a job for me. They give a bunch of excuses...like: “please send us pictures of the job” - of a simple shower pan! Really! A professional plumber needs pictures of that! Then: “ oh, we have no internet to see your pictures. Call us back another time. They have no customer service what so ever! I do not recommend this company at all!

First of all Doug and John assessed our electric, tankless water heater, which hardly anyone does. They determined that we needed a new one, which I imagined they would. Our old one leaked. They came back soon after and put a brand new one in. It works better than the old one did, they showed up early to the appointment, and answered all my questions! Great service and it hardly took any time at all. Harmony and Haley at the front office are always great to talk to and they also answer all my silly questions. Shane dropped by today and made sure that everything was copacetic with the water heater. He was nothing but the best and was very professional and easy to talk to. What a great place to work with!
