Overall did an excellent job repairing a pipe that was broken by a Best Buy technician while installing a washer. I will surely use David Gray in the future, particularly if they send Adam to do the plumbing work!

Half of one star. Sara in the office is very nice, cordial and a pleasure to deal with. After quoting a job for us and informing us that they would NOT be signing a contract with us they asked for 50% down-payment up front for services not yet rendered. Had we agreed to these outlandish terms we would have had no legal recourse in the event of failure to perform on their part. Simply saying that they are not interested in the job would have been quite a bit more professionally appropriate.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

My experience and interaction with Affordable Plumbing and it’s owners was horrible, but I want to share my honest experience to prevent someone from having the same.Below is my experience. Accidents happen and are navigable. Lacking integrity, respect, and care for your customers is not.-January 2022 a pipe failed in our home, causing immense flooding-A friend recommended us to Affordable Plumbing Co (APC)-APC on call plumber was very helpful, capped the line, and provided a plan to address the issue-APC owner came to complete the work, which in his professional opinion did not match his on call colleague-After completing the repiping, he called me. I shared the concern that I was expecting what plumber 1 had described and we agreed upon, to which the owner assured me this would be a sound solution-I paid $1,500 for the work-Weeks later, we recognized a slow leak in the bathroom causing ceiling damage-APC fixed the pipe, and because repairs from previous flooding had not occurred yet, I agreed to not require any aesthetic repairs to the damaged ceiling-April 2022 the pipe that initially failed and was repaired by APC failed again causing additional flooding-Originally back on call plumber returned to correct the failed pipe, where he confirmed it was their work previously completed but was unsure of why-I called the owner to share the situation and see how he planned to remedy the situation, which I remained 100% professional-He yelled at me, hung up on me, and proceeded to call me shady--implying that I may have been dishonest in my involvement or handling-After connecting again, I made it clear that I would be having my home repiped with another company, and I would like to be reimbursed for the $1,500 paid previously, or at least what was fair-APC offered a discount for repiping that I made clear was already completed-I have called and emailed nearly a dozen times to try to resolve this and have received no response

I mowed over our outdoor shutoff valve... brilliant!!!... basement flooded, driveway flooded, no water. On a Sunday. I called TVP Monday at 8am... they arrived at 10am, and fixed everything by 11am. WOW! Thanks Aaron, and thanks TVP! :)

Ryder did a fantastic job would use them again.

Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

Well, I wanted to use Swift Brothers plumbing, as I’ve recently moved into a new home and I have lots of jobs for them! So I called this past Wednesday, and they set me up for an appointment the very next day, with an appointment window of 12:00pm to 5:00pm.That’s kind of a long window, but I was so thankful to get the appointment, I figured it was worth it.But then they just never showed. They did not call, did not come by during my appointment window, and they still have not contacted me to try and reschedule. BUT, I’ve received two texts and emails now, asking me to provide a review for them.So, ok then! I’m afraid I have to give a negative review, which I really try to avoid. But even though the receptionist was great on the phone when I called to schedule, I wasted 5 hours of my time here at the holidays, waiting for a plumber that never showed up - and it doesn’t even seem like they’ve noticed that they left me hanging, since they keep sending me review requests.Anyway, they could be great at their services, if you can get them to show up!!

So glad I called DWV Plumbing. They had a quick turnaround with calling me back . They come out on time to replace my plumbing under my sink and replace old hardware with new hardware in my bathroom . They were polite and courteous and their was no sales pressure .They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company !

I called Kwik Fix plumbing on a heavy rain day because of my property's backyard water issues. The Customer Service picked up the call, she was quite not sure and didn't understand the issue I described, she passed my call to the technician - Mr. George Fenwick for assisting me, I sent him videos and he was the very fast response and did professional work. He came onsite on the same day and in an hour for the inspection.He is so professional and honest and took the time to explain there was nothing wrong with the pipes or the Plumbing and how it should be fixed the problem, it is a drainage issue that needs landscaping work instead of plumbing. Moreover, he volunteered to help us to dig the hole all the way from the backyard to the front to let the water out, it was heavy rains, he went above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a solution outcome. Thank you, George Fenwick, for being dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate.Kwik Fix Plumbing – George Fenwick is definitely my to-do list.

On Monday, August 22,2022,I was driving down Lenox Ave at approximately 140pm. A pick up truck crossed over two lanes into the lane I was driving in. To avoid being hit by this truck, I had to swerve into the next lane over. Crabtree needs to speak with their drivers about how they drive their company vehicle. Especially in the rain. Based on previous reviews, a driver of this vehicle has had issues in the past. This is not good for your brand.

Effective and humane service!

This company came out to check some items the needed attention in my kitchen and I've got to say, the attention to detail of their tech was second to none. He went above and beyond of what I asked. My tech was Shawn Conner.

I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.
