Justin and Nathan did an excellent job of unclogging our kitchen sink. Before they left, they tested the drain thoroughly to ensure proper function. We are very pleased with their service.

Sensational work and Professionalism!!!!!Two fine young men Luli and Daniel, came in and installed my vessel sinks and reconnected the plumbing without a hitch ( love the look). Once complete they cleaned up everything like they were NEVER here. Demonstrating exactly why TP came highly recommended. Will use again no question!!!

Update:After my prior review relating to the trip charge, Nikki from Swift Brothers reached out to me and tried to earn my business so I'd thought I'd give them a try. They seemed eager to earn my business and I appreciated that.They had a next day opening which would have been great, but I had a scheduling conflict so got a slot the day after next between 12pm and 4pm. I was surprised when I got an automated email then a call from the plumber around 9:30 am letting me know they were on the way and 20 minutes out. No worries, fortunately I was home, and better to have an early plumber than a late one or a no-show!Plumber arrived, was polite & professional, and ready to work. I explained the job, received and accepted the on-site estimate which was explained clearly, and work got under way. I was very pleased so far and Swift Brothers would have earned a five star review had it not been for two things.First, when moving the new toilet into the bathroom, the plumber cornered the toilet too hastily, hitting the tile wall and breaking a corner tile on the doorway. My heart instantly sank. Accidents do happen, it wasn't intentional, and I did receive a verbal apology - however it doesn't change the fact that my vintage 1958 bathroom with original tile which was in good condition and survived intact since Dwight D. Eisenhower was President is now damaged in an obvious spot for no good reason. So now I have the new unwanted project plus the added expense of trying to source a replacement corner tile of matching color and finish, and then finding a tile contractor to extract the broken tile and install the new one in order to bring my vintage bathroom back to its full glory. That is, assuming I'm ever able to find a replacement corner tile that matches. I almost expected a discount due to the damage, but in reality no discount would of really made up for the time and cost I will expend fixing this.The other issue and reason why I cannot give a more positive review, is that I noticed the toilet would run about every 60 seconds. I wasn't sure if this repetitive drain/fill cycle was a due to defective toilet or an installation issue. Before leaving, the plumber tested many flushes, but never waited very long between each flush. I called Kohler, the maker of my toilet, they are sending a replacement canaster thinking it was defective. Not wanting to wait almost a week over a holiday weekend with a constantly running toilet, I pulled out the installation instructions I saved and started investigating the inside to the toilet to see if there was anything I could do in the interim. Ended up that the inside components needed to be tuned and adjusted properly. I needed to adjust the float to match the canaster fill line and adjust the lever chain to be correct length so the rubber seal on the canaster makes contact where the water drains out. After I did those two things, the toilet stopped draining and refilling on its own. Simple enough and easy fix, but not something I'd expect to have to do after just having a toilet professionally installed.Overall, this ended up being a mixed bag. I really wanted to end up writing a better review but unfortunately that isn't how it panned out.=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=Original Review:Sent a request for bids on another platform providing details of job. I had 2 different technicians come out 24 hours apart and the problem still exist paid them over 400$ and still had to call another person who unstopped the toilet from backing up. I’m upset bc I paid for a service and didn’t get what I paid for. The office was only concerned with the issues found that’s causing the problem, but they could have at least come back out and clear the toilet, and let me know that this is all they can do, sometimes that 3rd time is a charm, as I write this, the toilet is flushing after I found a “person “ who doesn’t work for a “company” to fix it. We Seniors always get our money taken and poor service.

We had Steve install a new water heater and water softener/filtration system in our home. Steve was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the operation of our new system. He was transparent in his pricing and very professional. One of the most important things we look for in customer service is when things go wrong what is their availability and willingness to stand by their product. We had a small gasket go on our filtration system (not Steve's fault) and he promptly came out and replaced the part under warranty. Overall, my experience with Steven's plumbing has been superb and I would recommend him without any reservations.

The technician was on time (early, actually), efficient, friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was working properly and addressed our concerns about the length of time it takes for water to get hot.

Called at 4PM due to the house flooding with water from the laundry room. The owner was at my house in less than 10 minutes. Identified the problem, resolved the issue of the flooding, and the next morning fixed the septic pump. Super fast and professional service 10/10 would recommend!

Maynor Velario showed up promptly, was friendly, explained exactly what was wrong, showed me and fixed it. The repair was extensive but only took a few hours. For the first time in three years we don’t have a drip under the kitchen sink. He is friendly and the price was very reasonable. I’ve always been afraid of getting ripped off by plumbers but All Fix N’ Clear is our go to plumbing problems solution.

My landlord hired these people on August 20th to fix a connection between the main water line and our apartment complex. While the water doesn't taste like shrimp anymore, they apparently cut the cable while digging in the yard and left me (and possibly the other tenant) without cable or internet for over 9 days now. I'm not pleased by this at all!

I recently had a water heater replaced under warranty. It is rare these days that I am surprised by such excellent service.The plumber that came to install the heater was on time, polite, clean, quick and professional. The contact personnel were also very good with quick scheduling and finding the warranty heater quickly.

Great company with excellent knowledge of septic systems. They replaced our drain field last year (excellent work and price) and just recently we had another issue, this time from the intake. They came out and assessed and walked us through how to fix it OURSELVES. No charge for the visit. After more digging it was still out of our scope of DIY, so he came back out and did the repair. A good honest company. We don't bother calling any else.

This company is unethical and crooked.Charged me $130 for a permit they didn't even pull. I had to get the competency board involved to make them do what they were supposed to do. They ignored my calls and ignored the warranty company calls.... Only after they were made to contact me by the competency board did they reach out to me.They Charged me over $520 for a water heater install that was supposed to be covered by warranty.... What a crock!Rip off. They tried to dispute my review on another site....but i keep all my paperwork proving they did work at my residence. Oh yeah..they initially didn't want to provide me with an itemized receipt.... Until the competency board made them do that.that's there way of disputing reviews and ripping period off.Charging me for unnecessary so called code compliant upgrades that were not actually necessary.Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
