I called for a septic drain issue that another company tried to fix. A friend recommended Terry Vereen plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and informative. They sent Joe and Max who found the leaks that the other company did not. The workmanship was so nice it was too bad we had to cover it up. They were very professional. Joe and Max said that Terry Vereen plumbing has a lot of really experienced guys and anybody they send will do a great job, so you can’t go wrong with these guys. Thanks!

We had a full septic tank and drain field removal and new install. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and very quick once we got the permit and everything was good to go. They even came back to lay down some more grass seed when the first batch wasn't taking well, so they definitely care about their work.

Fair price, prices across the country have left us older citizens in a situation we shouldn't be in.

Bad company that doesn't care.Made things worse than it was.i wouldn't recommend this company to no one.Bad experience on Friday called to get my oven fixed,but instead made things worse.i could have cook on top range but not in the oven.after they access my oven.They cut a wire and gas was escaping.had to call gas company.Now I can't cook my New year dinner because company mess up the line.This. Company should show a little more concerned.Joe act like he didn't know what he was doing.blamed me that someone else fix my stove when I'm the only tenant that own this house.stove never was broken.very rude and disrespectful!!!! manager was rude also.

Our garbage disposal broke and we had another company come out. They quoted us over $500 to fix the disposal but tried to upsell us, stating we need to replace our water softener and two water tanks, which we didn’t ask or thought needed replacing. Quoted for 6k when we just needed a new disposal.I had B&G come out and do a second opinion. They replaced our disposal, for $200 less than original quoted from a different company. They also reaffirmed that our tanks were completely fine and fixed our water softener.I was very pleased with them and felt they are an honest company doing right by customers. They have a loyal customer for life.

He was patient and made sure every aspect of my Google thermostat functioned properly. I highly recommend them for your HVAC service from my own experience.I also needed their help with plumbing. They sent out Chris Tomberlin who was excellent. He went above and beyond to map out and help me understand my plumbing system. I highly recommend them for your plumbing service from my own experience again.Update: just had a great experience with service man Ryan Dasher. He was very professional, thorough, and communicated to me very well. Had a good experience with him!

Bought a townhome on 2/1, which came with a home warranty. The upstairs bathroom apparently had a faulty cartridge. The plumber that warranty sent out took off the handle and then proceeded to tell me we had to tear out tile to access the cartridge. I wasn't going to do that and so warranty company allowed me to call out a 3rd party. I called Amelia and Tracy answered and immediately put me at ease. She asked me to send her pictures and once I did she assured me this could be fixed w/o tearing up tub. Within 2 hours Daniel shows up (3pm) and by 3:37 he had the old cartridge chipped out and the new one in and operational. Tracy also did not speak negatively of the other company but instead just pointed out that Amelia has some very experienced technicians who have done this multiple times. Bottom line is Tracy and Daniel took a very stressful time for me (could use our water for the better part of 36 hours) and put me at ease and repair was done quickly and affordably. Amelia will not only get every plumbing job (hopefully I don't need them very often...LOL) but I will also tell every one I know about my experience with them. Thanks so much Tracy and Daniel!! Q

Great Company to work with!!

We had our system cleaned out today. Have been having some issues with the unit not cooling properly. Jordan and Deklan were our techs today. They arrived on time, were very professional, super nice. They listened to my concerns and were able to identify and solve the problem quickly and efficiently. They explained everything that was done today and made some suggestions for future maintenance and upkeep. You guys were fantastic as always. Thank you so much ?
