Everything went well. The only thing I was a bit surprised at was that the electrician did not wear a mask. I realize many people are vaccinated, but we are still in the midst of a pandemic, so I was a little surprised he did not have a mask. Otherwise things went great, he finished in less time than he expected to. Panel replaced in about four hours, rather than the estimate of six hours. The estimate I was given was $1500, It wound up being $1800. Once I see the receipt I will call to find out why so much more

Franklin Electrical has done work in my home on several occasions and everyone I have encountered has been professional, courteous and on time! I feels their rates are very reasonable and the quality of their work is impeccable. I would highly recommend and will continue to use them for future electrical needs.

Excellent service. Hobart was very detailed, professional, personable and knowledgeable. After his inspection of the HVAC system, vents and ducts he recommended options that we expect will better fit our needs. The only concern was he needs better clean up equipment. I had to vacume again after he left. I saw the vacume, recommend you upgrade the equipment so he can do a stellar job of clean up much like everything else he did! :)
