When I called to request a plumber to clear a blockage, I had an appt set for the same day! And and a rough estimate of charges. . . Being just under $200. In less than 2 hours, the men that came out were very polite, & professional. Using their tools they found the problem, fixed it, reset the toilet and were done under 2 hours! And the best part. . . only charged us $150. Thank you Darley's Plumbing for a worry free experience!

This company is awesome! They re-plumbed my entire house w/ CPVC, drywalled all the holes, & installed two toilets. The price was way cheaper than the other quotes I received and the quality of work was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about everyone I dealt with...when a problem arose with the scheduler, the owner fixed the problem immediately; very military friendly. Joe, who gave the quote was on time and professional, and Anthony & Jalen, who performed the work did an excellent job. They were neat, timely, professional, cleaned up after every day, and when the job took longer than expected, they worked late days, showed up early, and worked on a holiday.

Toilet repair. It was missing a bolt and the toilet was not centered. Brian removed it and checked everything out and added new bolts. Perfect!

I tried to remove a moen cartridge to repair a leaking tub faucet and couldn’t get it out even with the moen removal tool. I called David and he came right over in less then 15 minutes. It took him maybe 15 more minutes to get the old cartridge out and put the new one in and reassemble everything. He gave me a break on his hourly rate, when he could have charged me full price (which I would have gladly payed because I was about to break something). He was fast, friendly, courteous, and honest.

Had a leak under our kitchen sink behind the cabinets. It unfortunately wasn’t a simple fix for us, so our landlord sent A-1 over and they had our leak fixed and cabinets repaired that afternoon. While we didn’t have to pay for it (renting) I’d suggest them to anyone.

Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. Just had them install a below-ground backflow preventer at my Avondale residence for my new irrigation meter. The techs were both very friendly and very professional. They arrived on time and did what I thought was a great install.I had called a few other companies and Bob's was easily the best deal.Also Bob's takes care of certification and notifying the JEA of the new meter going into service. This is a huge bonus for me. They pretty much take care of everything.And I highly recommend paying the few extra bucks for an underground unit. Flush to the ground and no worrying about mowing or trimming around the box.I would not hesitate to recommend Bob's to both family and friends.
