Showed up on time. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. (I had started a project and was unable to finish because of worry over a damaged pipe.) He talked me through what I would have needed to do to finish the repair as he completed the job. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Disappointed in the fact the technician was not willing to try and repair a back-flow preventer valve. Instead he said it could not be repaired and instantly quoted $700+ to replace. The company I went with said it may be possible to repair and if they couldn’t fix It then they would replace It. Turns out It was repairable and only cost $100 to do so.

The plumber was very professional and courteous. I noticed he was careful to put a tarp down in the bathroom before working to avoid spills and tracking dirt on the floor which I appreciated.He also had the approach of a teacher rather than a salesman as he clearly explained the problem with my faucet and told me how to get the part I needed. He then said he would be happy to take care of all of it or if I wanted to buy and replace it myself I could do so, but he gave me the information and let ME decide which I appreciated.He also took the time to answer some questions I had and gave me advice on other potential issues I raised. He only charged me for the time he was there which wasn't long since the problem turned out to be very minor.I will definitely be using Turner Plumbing for my future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to others after this experience!

THE MEN WERE FINE AND GOT THE JOB QUICKLY. THEY PUMPED THE SEPTIC TANK. YES WE WILL RECOMMEND. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT DAYS. NO ISSUES WITH THE SEPTIC OR FILTER. WE USUALLY DO IT EVERY 5 YEARS. DUCK DUCK SHOWS UP AND DOES A GREAT JOB.

I paid for the technician to come out and tell me what I already knew. I did not use the service. $833.00 I am on a limited income. I guess with prices these days I should know better. Will next time. Not recommending.

I tried to remove a moen cartridge to repair a leaking tub faucet and couldn’t get it out even with the moen removal tool. I called David and he came right over in less then 15 minutes. It took him maybe 15 more minutes to get the old cartridge out and put the new one in and reassemble everything. He gave me a break on his hourly rate, when he could have charged me full price (which I would have gladly payed because I was about to break something). He was fast, friendly, courteous, and honest.

Gavin does great work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He even drove me to pick out parts, because I couldn’t drive due to an injury. He is very polite and cleans up after the job. I will always use Top of the Line Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Schedule an appointment with these folks .. Didn't show up. No follow up call. I'd say avoid this company.

I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.

This plumbing contractor is overly priced and takes advantage of clients. Not an honest contractor.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

I would highly recommend Peyton Plumbing. All of the drains started backing up into the house late in the evening, we tried everything we could to fix it without success. We called Scotty with Peyton Plumbing in the morning and he was here a few hours later. The problem was found quickly and was fixed in less than an hour. We haven't had a problem since so we are very pleased with the service. He was very professional, explained what the problem was and what was done to fix the issue.

Stephen was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to recommend a way to fix a couple rooms that are not cool enough. He also did a great job with the regular maintenance and gave me lots of suggestions and information about my system. Highly recommend if you are seeking expertise and trustworthy service.

Called labor day water heater was not working. Guy came out same day and replaced water heater. He did great job - was only without hot water for 1/2 day.

I had a visit scheduled for Monday, and they called the Friday before to advise they had an opening due to a cancellation. Daniel arrived within the hour, and seamlessly took care of a toilet and sink problem. He was in & out in less than an hour, and was really polite and professional. I recommend highly!
