I called a week ago and was told someone would call in two hrs. A week later and I still never got a call so, I tried again. I was told someone would call soon and they made an appt for Mon. They arrived at my doorstep with no warning days sooner than expected (which for me was a relief becuase I didn't want to wait that long).Ross discussed pricing options and was very patient with me. It was nearly $600 to auger my toilet, which really sucked ?.... but he was clean, professional, knowledgable, and even had a few good stories he shared with me as I watched him work. My toilet now flushes without spewing water. He did a thorough job cleaning up after himself. Minus the price?; I am happy with everything. I would definitely call Ross or Roto-Rooters for any future repairs.

Technician Ran Zhau responded and diagnosed our issues professionally and honestly. He provided options and an upfront estimate for the work we needed. He personally returned to our home and completed the work personally, with assistance from another excellent technician, Dylan. The work was completed on time and under budget, which we certainly appreciated. We are now hopeful that our A/C issues are finally resolved. We think we have found our new HVAC company in Jax.

I was so impressed with Riverbend’s responsiveness and Allen did a fantastic job quickly fixing a water leak behind my fridge over the weekend. He even helped me clean up the water mess and agreed to stop back by later in the week after everything dries out to move the fridge back in place. The Office Team was also super friendly and walked me through shutting off the water until Allen could get here. It’s so nice to find a contractor that puts the customer first and I will be calling them again in a few weeks to replace my aging water heater and for anything other plumbing issues that come up unexpectedly!

All Hours Emergency Plumbing was dispatched through my home warranty for a clogged drain. Very happy with Alex’s level of service, he even called the home warranty company on speaker to verify that the process he needed to take would be covered, and made sure everything was cleaned up the way it was when he found it. In and out in just over an hour for a clog that was pretty stubborn. Very pleased.
