I contacted Roto-Rooter for help when after showering, the water would not shut off. As the water continued to rain down, I attempted to do what I could to troubleshoot the problem on my own with no success. Upon speaking with the very kind associate over the phone, she was able to set up an appointment for me and Stephen the technician was at the door within the hour ready to remedy the situation! Stephen and later Alex were able to educate me about the problem and the steps necessary to fix things. Both gentlemen were very kind, courteous and professional. Horrible. These guys calling regular installation piping modifications to get the lowest cost with home warranties, but make you pay the difference. It's not even trying to be legit, flat $495 in modifications? They didn't get my replacement business after a 60 second service call that cost 75$. Dishonest, avoid, get home warranty company to black list.
