Our water heater began leaking into our house. I called one plumbing place and they could not get to us until the next day. This was around 6 p.m. A friend gave me the telephone number for Darley's Plumbing and thank goodness for that. He came to our home within the hour and had us a new water heater installed that evening without any overtime charges. He even gave us a little discount! I have their number posted now for the next plumbing need.

Dexter was very professional he made sure I understood what was needed what had to be done and if I didn't understand he explained it to me he did a great job.

'Honesty and integrity' infused every aspect of the re-piping project done at my home March 17, 18, 21. 22 and 23rd 2016. The bid submitted by 'Buzz' Turner on March 1st was solid - ie, even though an unexpected second leak was found from my home to the street which entailed extra work. Each person I met/talked with was knowledgeable and courteous, starting with Mr Turner...Carrie and Lisa answered my many calls/questions patiently! The men who came to my home were on-time and always both pleasant and professional: Chris Herbst and Matthew, James, David, Jordan and Tyler came to do the piping. Afterward, John - who did tile replacement, Daniel who did electrical work and, finally, Charlie Miller who did the drywall...all were courteous and arrived at their appointed times.In conclusion, I appreciated my experience with this company: it could not have been better.

I have used terry Vereen plumbing numerous times over the last few years had great experience working as autonations facilities manager coming to our dealer ships fixing our problems last night had a problem at my home called last night got a call this morning around 930 when I called more than 12 hours before haven’t been able to shower not use my sink and emergency then talked to a tec I wanted to check my schedule then said ok when will you be in my area he replied 12 at 1 no show I text him he said I had no reply so maybe my fault but if you continues to want business maybe my question wasn’t direct I have met the owner of this company and he’s good maybe more of management system on the emergency days should be applied sorry for this review good luck to you

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

The tech Dallas was friendly and professional. He was there on time and very informative.

This company is hands down the best plumbing company in Jacksonville fl. As a superintendent with dream finder homes, I'm constantly needing my jobs completed. Chris Watson never let's me down. Very strong product knowledge. The man is ways going above and beyond to make my job easier. So as a builder I would 100% recommend and personally use Presto plumbing.

We were pleased with Travis’ knowledge and communication as he performed maintenance and kept us informed of what he was doing and what he was finding.

I realized I had a leak somewhere between my kitchen and dining room when my laminate flooring started turning colors. I called Pipe Right and the owner David Hamm came out within the hour. He located the leak quickly, wrote up an quote for me and had his crew out to my house within 48 hours (quickest and most convenient for me). Alex and Kurt did an excellent job, they were friendly and professional! Thank you David, Alex and Kurt for a job well done!

Remodeled 1and a half bath replace cast iron pipes with pvc and did not have to tear up the house to do it would strongly recommend Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job I will use again in the future it was refreshing to deal with a straight forward honest buisness that did what was best for my house

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
