Best Construction Remodeling in Jacksonville FL

Our water heater began leaking into our house. I called one plumbing place and they could not get to us until the next day. This was around 6 p.m. A friend gave me the telephone number for Darley's Plumbing and thank goodness for that. He came to our home within the hour and had us a new water heater installed that evening without any overtime charges. He even gave us a little discount! I have their number posted now for the next plumbing need.

This company is the worst! The owners are rude and they are racist! A man by the name of Richard is extremely rude to his employees and overall the job itself isn’t bad but the employees are HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there or shopping with them!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

Jim Pelky and his team are hands down the best plumbing contracting company I've worked with in Northeast Florida. If you need a good plumbing company, do not hesitate to give them a call!!

Added plumbing to backyard greenhouse. Very professional. They were as careful as possible when digging to avoid irrigation pipes. Will definitely have them do additional work at the house when needed.

This is a great company! I recommend a 5 Star.I got a fast response~ got me right on the schedule, and I thought it was a reasonably priced estimate too.I had all 5 locks changed and rekeyed. Yes, I could have done it myself with much frustration and wasted time.But from the start to finish my project was handled professionally and effectively.Ray did a great job and was very efficient. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. I have already started my “Honey Do” list!
