My main drain line from the rear on the house was clogged. Dexter came out with roto rooter and assessed the issue and ran a snake the entire length of the pipe then wen th o the clean out point where it dumps into the parks sewer and saw that the pipe was clogged at the entrance of the main sewer pipe and started pulling it out with his hand until he saw water then closed the clean out and went back and resnaked through. He gave a 6 month warranty on the job.

This was my first experience with Turner Plumbing. I have Sears whole house warranty and they assigned Turner Plumbing. They were out when they said they would be. They quickly resolved my issue and I am completely happy. The plumbers who responded were Luli and Albi. Both were very friendly and cordial. Thank You guys.

Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

This is an AWESOME company! After calling late the previous day the company squeezed us in the next morning to quickly solve our problem. Excellent customer service. Mike Jones was the service tech that came out. He provided us with fast, professional service. A very trustworthy tech. He explained everything thoroughly providing us with the confidence that is hard to find in a company these days. He was a very courteous and polite man. We were amazed how reasonable the charges were. Money well spent. We will NEVER use any company but Duck Duck Rooter and will recommend them to everyone! Super thrilled to find such a trustworthy, reasonable priced, caring and knowledgeable company still exists these days.

Scheduled an appointment for some service. When scheduling the appointment I gave the employee making the appointment very specific information about what we needed done; the removal of an existing GE Smart Water softener system, the installation of a new Pelican water filter and the installation of some bathroom faucets. Employee repeated back to me what I was asking for as a confirmation so she could schedule the appointment appropriately. Everyone was in agreement and the appointment was set. Husband takes off work to be available . Day arrives, employee shows up and that's where things went south. Employee was not clear on the work that was to be done. After my husband went over what we had scheduled we were told sorry, but we can't install that filter. Apparently they can only provide limited service to existing units. Seems like I made our needs very clear when scheduling so not sure where that went wrong. And to top it off, the employee who came to do the work told my husband that these kind of scheduling mishaps happen with some regularity. When I called to speak to Steve, the manager, he was not available. Asked for a return call and have yet to hear from him. Don't recommend these folks at all.

Henry was polite, did not complete the job. Fixed it temporarily but had to call back 7 days later. Mike, who responded was outstanding. Explained everything he was doing and made sure drain was completely clear before he left. Very professional and very courteous.

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

Our sinks were draining slowly so Presto came out to see what was wrong and fix the issue. They gave us a time frame and then called about ten minutes before the plumber arrived to give an additional heads up, which we appreciated. Woody was very friendly and informative and fixed our issue rather quickly!

They were so rude on the phone after refusing to quote me for a water heater flush. I was planning on also having them quote me for a water softening system install, but forget it I'll find somebody else.

Response was same day and our Tech, Russo, was very nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with. We have used Metro Rooter in the past and have always been satisfied. We have also dealt with Frank on pump outs and were always pleased with the service and his courtesy.
