No one looks forward to a total house re-piping, but when you don't have a choice in that, you do have a choice of which company to call. I got three estimates and they were all close. David Gray was in the middle and I chose them because they've done work for me before and their plan was comprehensive and well-explained. The workers were courteous and listened when we talked. The work took the full three days and they cleaned up pretty well. The drywall repairs are so nice the other bathroom walls are jealous. Just looking at the neat and professional installation under the sinks and into the water heater gives me confidence in their work. There was a minor problem with a faulty recirculating pump valve which they promptly returned and addressed. You couldn't ask for better service. I feel I got value for my money.

The technician Eric Pafford did not even diagnose the problem didn’t even suggest a way to fix problem the issue was I didn’t have hot water I don’t know where they get there tech from but obviously they need to send them back to school because they don’t know anything. My husband that isn’t a plumber what so ever fixed the problem. They still charged 150 dollars for nothing at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. By reading the other reviews they just take your money without results.

The plumber was very professional and courteous. I noticed he was careful to put a tarp down in the bathroom before working to avoid spills and tracking dirt on the floor which I appreciated.He also had the approach of a teacher rather than a salesman as he clearly explained the problem with my faucet and told me how to get the part I needed. He then said he would be happy to take care of all of it or if I wanted to buy and replace it myself I could do so, but he gave me the information and let ME decide which I appreciated.He also took the time to answer some questions I had and gave me advice on other potential issues I raised. He only charged me for the time he was there which wasn't long since the problem turned out to be very minor.I will definitely be using Turner Plumbing for my future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to others after this experience!

Rolland Reash Plumbing does outstanding work! I called them for an emergency issue with my water heater this weekend. They let me know how long it would take for someone to come, called me to confirm the exact arrival time and sent over a professional plumber who was going to make sure he assessed every aspect of the issue so that it would be repaired correctly. Pricey, they did not give any estimate on the phone or before starting the job. Was told minimum for one job was $250 labor and after job was done. He Spent 2 hours at site and labor cost was $510. Not happy with final bill. I do not recommend this company.
