The good news...The technician was a great guy. 5 stars for him.The bad news....The representative I spoke with on the phone said that the technician would be here within the hour, that didn't happen. I called back and the next rep said the tech was 30 minutes away. I called at 7:00 and the tech didn't show up until 4 hours later. No fault of the tech. Just think the company needs to work on their communication with the customer.

This was our first time using Mr. Rooter. We signed up for the 3 year membership to take advantage of the savings and it is already paying dividends! Mike F. did a fantastic job installing our new toilet and replacing an outdated tub drain that wouldn't stay up unless being propped. He went the extra mile multiple times for us and will be requesting him by name for all our plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work!

I highly recommend Turner Plumbing. They came within an hour of me calling. They knew what they were doing. It ended up the sewer line to the house was clogged with roots. They showed me everything and explained what I needed to do. I hired them to replace the line. Scheduling was easy and they were great at communicating everything. There were a lot of challenges including a tree in the way and water just 1 foot down. The did a great job cleaning up also. If you need a plumber for a little thing or big thing, I recommend Turner Plumbing.

Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

June 23 , 2020A highly professional member of the Duck Duck team ,Mr Chad, came outpromptly and took a look at my septic tank issue and kindly gave me the right advice. Mr Chad was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining how septic tanks really work. Amy at the office was also very helpful in setting up the meeting with Mr Chad.

We recently used McKendree's Plumbing during our (unplanned) renovation. The employees who came out were so understanding to all of the moving parts, so patient and thorough with all of the fine details. I appreciate all they did in helping to complete the job.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Wonderful service and very prompt and polite

Shawn and Daniel came out and pumped my septic tank today. They showed up early and worked very hard to ensure that the service was done correctly. My family and I remain loyal Metro Rooter customers since because of the exceptional level of service they provide.

Despite some scheduling issues over a holiday weekend, Fenwick got our AC back up and running in the summer heat.

Remodeled 1and a half bath replace cast iron pipes with pvc and did not have to tear up the house to do it would strongly recommend Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job I will use again in the future it was refreshing to deal with a straight forward honest buisness that did what was best for my house
