I originally sent an email over the weekend thinking I would not hear from them until Monday. I was surprised when I got a quick response from Eric. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule. I received a call courtesy call prior to arrival and Eric showed up on time. I was immediately impressed with Eric. He was clearly professional and he was also very personable. He quickly quoted me a reasonable price and I accepted. He was able to quickly obtain all parts and returned to complete the work the same day. He was assisted by Maynard who was equally personable. Duval Plumbing initially installed the entire plumbing system in my new home 2 years ago and unfortunately I had issues with my outside pipes. I was able to talked to Claude and he dispatched a crew to my home the same day. The crew was professional and efficient, they were able to fix the pipes within 45 minutes. Since my warranty expired Claude worked with me and charged a fair price. I’m grateful for Duval Plumbing and would recommend them anytime.

I called to have a pipe under my bathroom sink replaced, and Dustin came out to do it. It didn't take very long and Dustin was professional, courtious, and knowledgeable. The price seemed reasonable. I would hire them again.

We had a faucet valve burst in our bathroom that was behind a wall. The room next to the bathroom was flooded. It was on a Saturday, so we called several well known local plumbers to help. No one was available until Monday. We were referred to Kurt Jackson Plumbing and they were awesome! A plumber was at our house within an hour. He found the leak within a few minutes. He had to cut away a cabinet wall to get to the leak. He was able to cap off the pipe until we could order a new tub faucet. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks again!

Great company with excellent knowledge of septic systems. They replaced our drain field last year (excellent work and price) and just recently we had another issue, this time from the intake. They came out and assessed and walked us through how to fix it OURSELVES. No charge for the visit. After more digging it was still out of our scope of DIY, so he came back out and did the repair. A good honest company. We don't bother calling any else.

Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed my tub and sink drained. The tub drained great but there was issue with the sink. Travis told me my options and gave me an estimate for one of them. After he spoke with the owner, they didn't charge me for the sink since the job couldn’t be completed. I really appreciate that. I will definitely be calling for future plumbing needs. Thanks!
