Duval Plumbing initially installed the entire plumbing system in my new home 2 years ago and unfortunately I had issues with my outside pipes. I was able to talked to Claude and he dispatched a crew to my home the same day. The crew was professional and efficient, they were able to fix the pipes within 45 minutes. Since my warranty expired Claude worked with me and charged a fair price. I’m grateful for Duval Plumbing and would recommend them anytime.

My review may start a bit on the negative side and end on the postive side, deserving a 5 star review. We had a terrible clog and staff members (professional and pleasant) of Duval Plumbing came out on 2/21. Within 3 days, we had problems again. Because we have old cast iron pipes, the 1st job was not warranted. We were displeased and disappointed. After contacting Klod a 3rd time, he personally came to our home yesterday (3/7) and worked hard by himself all the while explaining to us the problems we were experiencing as well as possible problems in the future due to the age and type of pipes we have. He ran a camera through the system (under the homes slab) and showed us inperfections and problem areas. He educated us and discussed a number of possibilities to repipe our home without it being as expensive and destructive if we choose to re-plumb. Meeting Klod in person (he was at our home in about an hour after my call) he was such a pleasure and patient with us. He truly cared. My husband and I had planned to rent the equipment and get on the roof and try to move the clog via the vent. Klod was concerned for our safety. He cut his price to keep us from taking this on ourselves. Sales pitch? After meeting him, NO WAY! He cares about people and the reputation of Duval Plumbing! I read the reviews and saw all the 5 stars and now we know why. Thank you, thank you!

Claude was very quick, got to the point. Fixed the problem and handled everything very professionally. Price was very reasonable and his response time was quick. I would highly recommend his services and will use him for any future plumbing needs.

Claude and his team were fabulous! Replumbed my house and installed tankless water heater. Will not hesitate to recommend to others.. Highly recommend for any plumbing requirements. Marie M.
